Hello future or prospective flatmate :) I am moving from Brisbane to Sydney next year to begin my graduate program in professional services in February 2018, aiming to move by mid January, I will be working in the city full time and most likely working alot of over time during the week. I will be graduating with a Laws/Business Bachelors from the University of Queensland. I am very well traveled, a very positive and happy person, you will rarely see me without a smile on my face, and importantly I am incredibly easy to get along with ,very friendly and respectful .Plus, I'm tiny so I hardly take up any room. I pride myself on always being clean, tidy and organised. I love being social and going out but I am not a rowdy party goer by any means, I value peace and quiet, but I am easily the type of roommate you can have a drink with, go out for dinners/brunch and explore the city with. I am super friendly so you can have a chat with me about anything and everything. I value privacy and quietness but it would be nice to have a roommate that that is up for hanging out. In my free time, I will probably be out socialising with my friends, catching up on my work, shopping, doing pilates /yoga and exploring Sydney. I am looking for a flat mate who is: -Wanting to live in a nice apartment in the city close to public transport -In their 20s or early 30s -A full time working professional or the like -Places importance on cleanliness -Values having a nice quiet and relaxing place to come home to If you think we will be a roomie match made in heaven, please message me, I look forward to hearing from you 🙂
If you can get past my smug picture, I'm actually alright. A bit about me - full time lawyer in the CBD. I train daily (gym, running, football), and love sport and good food. Super clean and organised. Been described as a young George Clooney (by my mum). I usually work 8am to 8pm weekdays, so weeknights are the only real times I tend to chill out at home. Weekends, usually get out early and stay busy during the day. At night, I've been known to hit the town as I don't mind a beverage on occasion. What I can bring to the house - I make a mean negroni, I am proficient at Microsoft Word and I come with below average conversation skills.
I m friendly , respect women. I.m looking for happy home for 3 months near my school in a good place not far Away . I am 44 so i prefer my room with my shower . Thank you. I will study in cambrigde school in pitt street , so not far away. Darlinghurst. Glebe.coogee. Bondi.newtown.pitt street.
I'm a 27-year-old immigration lawyer from Brisbane who will be working full-time in Sydney CBD. I have a ten-month old kitten Mimo who is fully toilet-trained (never had an accident with her toilet habits) and the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. I love cats and would expect my housemates to be mammal-friendly. (You don't necessarily have to be cat-friendly, as I have had numerous friends who considered themselves "dog people" instantly fall in love with Mimo when they stayed over at my place. My current housemate of 1.5 years in Brisbane is also one of them!) As I have a busy work life, I prefer time to myself to relax after work. I care a lot about maintaining a quiet household and environment. I prefer gated apartments and accommodation that is ideally not carpeted. Your place would also ideally not have leather couches or anything leather that you care about; or if you do, be open to my putting a couch cover on it at my expense. Whilst Mimo has always been trained not to scratch anything other than her cat tree and scratch toys, she can leave the occasional faint marks on the leather surface when she prances around. I am friendly, considerate, will respect your personal space and expect the same from others. As my work is extremely hectic, I am keen to share a house or apartment with heavy sleepers who are considerate with limiting noise between 11pm and 8am on weekdays. I would not mind occasional chats and drinks on the weekends. My move-in date will have to fall on 1 January 2017. I am on the lookout for a six-month lease. My boyfriend may join me in April 2017 and we are happy to pay for a couple's rate for the room from then on. If he does not join me, I will be happy to extend beyond the six months if the house is great as Mimo (my cat) does not enjoy moving. I do not drive so I would like to find a place that is within 10 minutes' walk from the train station.
Im a 22 year old English girl currently working at a cocktail bar in Potts Point. I'm easygoing and social but also enjoy quiet time at home. I've lived in many house shares and I'm respectful of other people.
Hi, I'm Léo 25 yo frenchman working full-time ( Visa 457) as digital marketing manager for a perfume company. I'm very dynamic and always up to go for a drink, to a gallery or see a game of football . I play soccer quite often but also like other kind of sports . I'm clean and tidy and respectful of other's privacy. I've been living in Sydney for over a year and am looking to move to a new place for at least 4 months
My name is Belen I’m really interested in your apartment. I’m a Spanish 22 years old girl who is moving to the other side of the world and looking for some place nice to live in. I have a bachelor on Advertising and PR and a master on Digital Marketing. My hobbies are basically travel, fashion and a healthy lifestyle. I’m a really open mind person, very kind, responsible and organized. I would really love to meet you and your lovely house. Cheers, Belen.
Hi! My name is Heather. I'm 24 and I'm originally from London, UK. I am a solicitor and am working in Sydney for the next couple of years. My working hours are long so I'm generally out of the house during the week, but when I have a spare evening and at weekends, I'll be looking to get involved with and explore everything that Sydney has to offer, and hope I can find flatmate(s) who are young professionals looking to do the same, or who want to do more than just co-exist with their flat sharers! I love running, fitness and clean eating, and am always on the lookout for a gym buddy (but not to the point where I'd forego a glass of wine or a quiet night in watching Netflix). I've lived away from home since I was 17 (both on my own and in shared accommodation) so I understand what it takes to be respectful of other people's property and personal space.
Male from NZ, love a good laugh and am very respectful of others. No real min or max on stay, currently subletting so looking for a place that's longer than a week or so
Hello, I'm Amber. I am 29 and currently work in Marketing at 20th Century Fox. I am a clean & respectable housemate who is looking for somewhere long term (saving a deposit for a house ain't that easy!) Preferably would like to live with 1 or 2 other people but would be open minded about living with 3 or 4 others. I'm looking for like-minded people who will happily have a chat or hangout but also know we don't need to be in each other's pockets. Not looking for a party house but would like to avoid rigid people as well. - Dog lover (family golden retriever, Brodie, will visit time to time) - Wine drinker - F45er - Enjoy writing & singing - Great banter - Vegetarian If you have any questions, let me know. I look forward to meeting you!
DECEMBER OR JANUARY Hi I'm Anita. I am currently in Paddington, Brisbane. I have been offered a full time position with a well known construction company in Sydney, hence the move. I will need to move to Sydney at the start of next year preferably before the 3rd of January. About me At home I'm neat and tidy but I'm not affected by other peoples preferences. I like to cook as much as I can and try to get to yoga a few times a week. When I get home from work I like to relax, listen to some music, watch some Netflix, go for a walk or skateboard, occasionally I'll have a beer. On the weekends I like to be out and about, get social.. but sometimes I get the home bug. My sister would be an expected visitor for the weekend every now and then as she lives in Canberra and I would be her closest family. We're very friendly and I have no doubt you'll like her. I'm also hoping my best friend from the Gold Coast will visit when she can too. I like the lifestyle I have here in Paddington so I'm hoping to land in a similar area in Sydney. I like being able to walk to a cafe or walk to pilates. Housemates: I am hoping to have friends at home, like minded people who are chill and easy going. I would prefer more mature housemates as the party house vibe isn't for me. I would like people who are employed and financially stable. I'm a very accepting person and like meeting different people. Flick me a message if you have an offer. Thanks Anita
Very easy going couple moving to Sydney from the UK in January - we visited last year but two weeks just wasn't enough! We're lead a fairly active and healthy lifestyle and love going for long walks and hikes, and we're equally happy on a night out or a chilled night in with a bottle of wine! We're looking for some like minded people to live with. .
