Easy going, down to earth person. Originally from Cambodia, however, I grew up in Singapore. Currently in my second year of Bachelor of Business in Hotel management at the Hotel School Sydney in the CBD. I also work at the Intercontinental Sydney part-time (4 days a week). I usually work night shifts while going to class in the morning so I won't be home much. If I do I would be in my room sleeping. I enjoy cooking and a very good cook as well. Would love to share a meal with you or have house dinner. I alway clean after myself and would consider myself to be a clean and tidy person. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going to the beach, hang out with friends or just relax at home.
We are sisters who are currently studying in Australia, and I'm working full-time at the moment for an industry placement program. We respect privacy and knows boundaries. Would very much prefer a whole property for ourselves as we are planning on staying for quite some time.
Hey there! My name is Peyton, I am 20 years old from Perth and moving to Sydney in July as i've been accepted into NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Art) studying acting. I am a chill gal who enjoys meeting new people. I love to have fun and go out on the town but also love relaxing at home. As an aspiring musician/actress I obviously have the best taste in music and films so if you are artsy or love any of those things you are in luck! (P.S I am an avid David Bowie fan!). Some facts about me: Titanic is my favourite film, 80s is my favourite era, I am vintage store obsessed and sweet potato chips are my life. You will also probably get first priority to any shows I am performing in or venues i'm singing at! I'll always be down to binge watch TV Shows. I like to think i'm good at rapping so if you enjoy Kanye, Kendrick or NWA i'm more than happy to jam out with you. I've travelled the world and have lots of experience and understanding in the etiquette of living in a shared environment. I enjoy healthy living, exercising, meditation and I am vegan! So if you care for the enviroment and/or an animal lover, I am probably perfect for you! On the other-hand if you're not a vegetarian/vegan I am also perfect for you as I most definitely won't be stealing any of your food! It's a total win/win. Please hit me up, and I look forward to staring this exciting chapter!
I am a researcher but also enjoy an active lifestyle. I work out a lot, cook a lot and also enjoy exploring the city. However, at home, I am quiet, respectful and very organized.
I am a tidy, friendly Japanese freelance filmmaker. I've got skills and experience in Japan and here in Australia and have acquired a professional attitude. I respect people and places in order to maintain balanced environment. I have an unique perspective of life so I'm pretty sure you can get some stimulation through conversation with me.
Hello everyone - I have recently moved to Sydney to study a masters of law at UNSW and I am seeking a room within a share house until December. I mostly work from home, but I am at Uni a few days a week. I'm a 28 years old and consider myself a clean and respectful person. I'm a social type of guy who likes to have a beer with my flatmates. It would be great to find a good sharehouse with like minded people. On another note I love music and enjoy going to different concerts in Sydney. I am keen to find a place ASAP and I am available to move in immediately. I look forward to hearing from you- Matthieu
Just started working in the city. I live clean, tidy and I try to stay organised. Looking forward to moving closer to work to make my life easier on those early start/late night days! Cheers :)

Hey potential housemates 🤘🏼 I am looking for a room in Syd with some awesome housemates! I am a young (25) Aussie male, moving from Melbourne to Syd for a project management role in the CBD. My start date in April 3rd so I would be looking to move in 1-2. I will be working in Syd until September. I am clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, I will try and venture somewhere most weekends and explore, but I also don't mind a night in. Not a massive drinker but I don't mind a cool bev on a weekend and causal drop during the week. Enjoy cooking but no chief. Enjoy a good chat. Currently learning to surf 🏄🏼 Lets be housemates! 😁 Matt
I'm currently living in San Francisco, California but coming to Sydney for a ~1 year assignment for work end of March/early April 2017. I'm excited to explore Sydney, travel, meet new people, and take full advantage of all the city and the greater area has to offer! Looking for my own bedroom (ideal if it is furnished) in a non-smoking home. My office is in Pyrmont NSW, so hoping to find a place that I can walk to work or have a short commute via public transit. Also debating living near the beach (since I'm being told that's the way to go :)
*Due to contract ending I'm looking to move somewhere in or near Sydney CBD vicinity by end of March. Please get in touch as i'm currently residing in 2047 area, so won't be an issue to visit available rooms or know of people who like to team up.* I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. I'm happy to cook for myself or others on odd days and up for occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with others watching movies/tv shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also want to know all well so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I also respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since teens but recently back Oz to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Cheers! :)
My name is Alex and I'm a French Canadian expat living in Sydney for over 5 years now. I'm an event producer and usually work long days 8-7 M-F with the occasional event on weekends. I love working out, hosting dinner parties that involve way too much wine and also don't mind quiet nights in.
Im 24yo from Scotland, I've been in Sydney since October and work full time at a marketing company in the city. I'm pretty chill to live with but can be a bit of a neat freak, which has its pros as I love cleaning. Not a huge partier during the week but I like going out at the weekend. Currently trying to quit smoking so I have no issues with preferred smoking/non-smoking. A huge plus would be if the house/apartment had an animal because I miss my dog more than my friends & family combined!
Hi, I've moved to Australia on a working holiday visa and so far have been living in a hostel - I'm hoping to leave the hostel life behind me and experience real Sydney living! I'm easy going, tidy and respectful. I work full time at the moment, roughly 45 hours a week but when I'm not working I love to chill with a nice cold beer, read or relax in front of the tv.
Mid 20s and I'm an economist working full time in the city. Also studying my masters part time during some nights. Aussie background and love a good chat and some drinks/ dinner. Love animals, travel, languages, food etc!
I'm Aurelie, 32 y.o, living in Sydney for 4 years. I'm working full time as interior decorator/property stylist. I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm quiet, respectful, very tidy, not party animal... I may also be happy to have a glass of wine and a good diner time to time with my friendly flatemate(s). During my time off I like to catch up with my friends, enjoy the beach, the park, enjoy the sun as much as possible... I like cinema, photography, diy, baking, travel...
Hi guys!! I have shared accommodation several times in different parts of the world, always because of work. So I am conscious of what to share a house means. I am working in Tv production. I usually work long hours, so I like to get home and relax, watch a movie, listen to some music and have a quiet time. I am very organized and easy going. I love to have social areas where everyone can enjoy time together, I also like to cook and I think is a great way to socialize, but I wont be every day in the kitchen. I am an adventurer, so if I am not working I will probably be at the beach, traveling or trying a new restaurant around the area. Also, I am an early bird. I love to wake up early, go for a run and have a big breakfast. That is why I want to have a place where I can relax. I am not looking for a party house. But obviously is nice to have some people over time to time. I have worked with deferents nationalities and cultures, so I think respect and communication are really important in terms of sharing house. Ideal for me would be to share the place with young professionals.
Hi, my name is Juan and I´m a 35 years old Engineer from Argentina currently studying a MBA in Sydney CBD. I’m clean, respectful and like animals. I would like to find a room in a shared flat or house with down to earth flatmates who likes to have good conversations . Moving date is negotiable as I'm staying in a friend's house at the moment.
Hey! I'm Christina and I have just moved from the U.S. I just accepted a full time job here in Double Bay, so I need a place to call home! I am really layed back and love being at the beach during all my spare time. I am not super picky about living with others, i just like a clean kitchen and bathroom. I'm hoping to live with people who are outgoing and social that will make good friends :D I have never had room mate issues and always get along with everyone I live with. I like to party occasionally but I don't get drunk too often. I'm not looking for a party house, but I'm also not looking for a nursing home. I prefer getting up early, being productive and adventurous throughout the day and then then just chilling with wine or a good beer in the evening. I I'd like to believe I have a PhD relaxing, watching documentaries, talking for hours, and making the best out of boxed wine.
Hello, I'm a recent Sydney transplant from San Francisco, here for at least 2 years (if not longer). During the week, I like to keep a really healthy lifestyle and tend to go to bed early, cook healthy food, walk to and from work, exercise etc. On the weekends, I am out and about exploring my new city and definitely like to have a few drinks or catch a live music show. I am a very tidy housemate and prefer a nice, serene home space to unwind. Would love to live with someone who is on a similar wavelength and likes to keep communal areas clean and uncluttered. Ideally, would like to live with people who will enjoy a glass of wine or two together, like to catch up on each other's day, but largely keep the partying outside the home. I am a fan of weekend dinner parties and BBQs though! Prefer to live with people in their late 20s to mid 30s who keep similar hours and aren't up late partying during the week but like socializing on the weekends.
Hi there, I'm Joanna, 29 years old, from England (London) out in Australia on a working holiday visa. I've recently completed my farmwork to gain my second year visa and am planning to settle in Sydney for the next few months. Currently working as an operations assistant but my usual profession is working in Human Resources. I enjoy travelling (obviously!) cooking (I'm half Sri-Lankan and make a mean curry and I love baking!), music, socialising and having fun trying new/different things.
Hi I'm Jules, 27, from the UK. I'm currently mid way through my Working Holiday Visa with a view to staying longer term. I've mostly travelled since I arrived in Australia in October, having explored the East coast, Tasmania and most recently New Zealand. I've just started a job in North Strathfield and would ideally like to live no further than 30 minutes from the office (3 years of commuting an hour across central London twice a day has made this a priority). I like playing racquet sports, swimming, walking, laughing with friends, going to the pub now and again. If I put that I'm clean and always considerate of others too much of a cliche? Ah too late.
Hello! We are Becky and Jharaiz, I am 22 years young and he (Jharaiz) is 26 years young. We are both from NZ crossing the ditch to enhance our career opportunities as Actors. We will most likely be doing shift work at cafes when we first arrive to make a living but we also have other fall back jobs that have steadily supplied us with more than enough income to support our Acting careers in its down times. We have been together for four years now, so we are a very solid team! 🤙🏻 We'd love to hear from you! Cheers, Becky and Jharaiz :)
I'm a bubbly and easy going 25 year old looking for a new place to call home as my lease is ending. I'm from the UK and have lived in Sydney for 2 years, working in Marketing. As a housemate, I'm friendly, clean and appreciative of personal space. I'm quite chilled during the week and spend most of my time at the gym but at the weekends I like to socialise and go out and explore :) I'm looking for flatmates who are also super easy going, share a similar lifestyle and would be keen for a glass of wine every now and then! Available: Around 22nd April
Im bubbly, fun and energetic. I work full time and am often out playing sport or with friends. I am always up for cooking a nice dinner or just having a chilled night with a glass of wine. I am pretty down to earth, like to keep my environment tidy and am always up for a fun night out with room mates :)
Hi, my name is Julian, 29 years young with a full head of hair and a bag full of dreams. I’m a regular joe with a regular job located in Martin Place (at which I spend a lot of time), I like rugby and Star Wars and books about war. I like being clean, keeping things clean (although not crazy about it) and wear pants more often than not (kidding, all the time). I do get up early and am out the door on weekdays before the sun is doing it’s thing, so I probably wouldn’t see you much Monday – Friday. My idea of a good time is eating pizza, pas-tah, and mac’n’cheese (not necessarily in that order or at the same time.. although if you’re keen I am) and watching a film. If you like Bon Jovi we’ll get along fine, if you don’t we’ll also get along fine, I’m really just out there Living on a Prayer. If you have any questions, queries of just want to discuss just how unlikely it was that a Hobbit with no training could really have achieved all that in one adventure, do send me a text, a raven or even just give me a call. Julian
Hi, Easy-going Persian IT engineer on the Permanent visa and currently working for Telstra in the city. Like going to gym, salsa dance, social events. prefer mature minded flatmate ;) cheers, Hunter
Hi there, I will be making to move from Adelaide to Sydney in May 2017 to work in management consulting. I like to think I am an easy going individual. I like to keep myself busy outside of work, whether it be playing sport, running, getting involved with not-for-profit organisations or brewing my own beer. I take great interest in the lives of people around me. I do like to have an active social life but at the same time I really appreciate my own and other's space. Ideally, I would like to live just south of the city (Surry Hills, Darlinghurst) but anywhere surrounding those areas would be great as well. I will be travelling back to Adelaide about once a month, and my girlfriend from Adelaide is likely to come visit and stay with me once a month. Please feel free to get in touch with me. Pat
Hi my name’s Sam, I’m an easy-going 30 year old furniture designer originally from London. I’ve just moved to Sydney after four years in Melbourne. Don’t worry I already have some friends here and I’m not going to bang on about Melbourne at every opportunity! I’m in to the usual things live music (a festival when possible), creative things, having a drink or two, and i’m mildly obsessed with films. I like to think I know the do and do nots of living in a share house. Do keep the kitchen clean, don’t leave a creepy poem next to another housemates bed (this actually happened in a previous house)
Hello, Alexander here. Born and raised New Yorker trying to find a place to live in Sydney. I am 27 years old, work full time and play Aussie Rules for Sydney University. I am neat, organized and clean. I am looking for a quiet place to live. I love sport and outside activities.
I'm moving to Sydney from NYC in April to work in marketing. I'm friendly, adventurous, and have a serious sweet tooth. During the week, I'll be working pretty long hours so you'll probably not see much of me. On the weekends I hope to spend my time brunching, exploring the city, hiking, and relaxing at the beach. I enjoy long distance running, cooking, binge watching TV shows, and discovering new music. I'm always on the lookout for new restaurants and hidden city gems. I'm hoping to find flatmates that will make fun of my American accent while being dragged on a journey to find the "best ice cream" in the city. If you're looking to fill a private room in a house/flat share beginning in April, please reach out! :)
Hey, I'm Mickele 29years old and from the Netherlands. I work as a chef in a restaurant in Sydney. My passion is everything with food. Easy going person, and clean. Personable, easy going female seeking a tidy private room/ studio to call it a home in Sydney.
Very easy going Irish girl working in finance here until middle of July so I'm looking for a 3month lease. New to the city so ideally looking for a social house but not a party house for my time here in Sydney!
I am a pretty quiet person most of the time. I'm pretty sociable when I get to know people. I like going to the gym and going on adventures so on days off il probably get you onboard as well. I'm a breeze to live with and like things clean and tidy. Due to my dragon property manager I've been given a few weeks to move from a (not much time at all) sweet place so please pick me !! You will not regret it
Hey there..I'm Nikita, 26 year old from India. I work with an IT company here in Sydney and soon I would be moving out from my current serviced apartment. I'm looking for an already existing accommodation or a teamup with an Indian girl. On weekdays, I'm totally occupied with my work but on the weekends I love to go out and explore places. I have been in Sydney from last 3 months and will be here till Dec.
I am an easy going, chilled chick who has a great sense if humour and is always up for having a laugh! I'm courteous and respectful and I alwaaays do my dishes. 😀 I'm a kiwi girl, who is an adventure outdoor nut. Big into my health, wellness and outdoor activities. I have recently started working at The Fitness Playground (Surry Hills) and want to be closer to work. I am BIG into my food, love exploring and always up for an adventure.
Hi My name is Augusto, 31yo, Brazilian. I'm studying for a Master and looking for a place close to the city or close to a train station. I'm friendly, calm, happy, easygoing, clean. I'm looking for a private room but I don't mind to share if the other guy is nice and organised hehe
Hi all! I'm Caitlin, 23 year old admin chump who can bring a lot of laughs to your place... if I'm not busy having a nap or reading with a cuppa or glass of wine in my room. I also have a cat I inherited from a friend who left Sydney, she's pretty content as long as she has a window to sit in, but potentially may go live with family, so if your place isn't pet friendly just let me know! I'm a pretty social creature but tend to respond to the vibe of the house and hang out elsewhere if the environment is a quieter joint, or if people are happy to hang out as a group and make new mates I'm down for that too! Standard weeknight for me revolves around dinner and Netflix, wine and conversation or hitting the pavement for a walk around the neighbourhood. Been in my place in Darlinghurst for 6 years and it's finally time to go but not sure I'm ready to leave the area just yet.... If you think I'd be an alright housie, I'm keen to check out any places in the city/inner east ASAP!
I've been living in Sydney for 6 years now (I'm french), love that city and planning to stay here for the next couple of years! I'm working as a research scientist at the University of Technology Sydney. I'm an easy going person who love to hang out but also like to have some private time. Always smiling and very curious (happy to discuss about anything)! I'm looking for a house to share with 2-3 people max (no backpackers!).
I'm a brazilian student, peaceful, respectful, easy going, organized, clean and tidy. Don't smoke, don't like parties in the house.
Hey! Just a 27 year old looking to find a new place to call home. I'm currently working full time and would like to find a place within easy commute to the CBD. I'm looking for a longterm share house to be a home. I'd like to get to know my roommates and am always up for a chat, beer/wine and good banter. I've been doing the share house thing for a while and get the jist of it. Ideally, I'm wanting to live with anyone who's happy, chilled, relaxed and easy going. For myself, I'm clean and respectful, like to have fun on the weekend, but tend to be busy during the week. I love cooking, eating, and all things food. Occasionally I cook for my roomies, and often a dessert or cake will be in the kitchen to share. I'm pretty relaxed with most things so happy to join in with communal cooking or do my own thing.
I work in childcare full time, and study children's education part time. I grew up around Byron Bay and the Gold Coast, super chilled out and relaxed. Clean and respectful, do tend to like my own space at times like we all do. Easy going and to get along with, love some good positive and fun vibes, and to meet some amazing souls also. ✌🏼
Hey I'm a 22 year old from the UK working full time in a media agency and as a nanny. I'm an easy-going housemate who is both respectful and sociable. I love cooking and drink a lot of tea (keeping with the stereotype). I want a place where my housemates are willing to hang out in the evenings/at weekends rather than just retreat to their rooms all the time. I really need a place to stay as I don't want to have to go back to living in hostels (I can't deal with the lack of personal space, however fun they are...+ I've been staying in a double bed for the last few weeks and bunks just aren't as appealing anymore...) Thanks Alice :)
Hello, my name is Christine from Canada. I am looking for a place to live for the next few months as I am here on a working holiday. I am pretty easygoing but quiet and respectful of other peoples space. I enjoy watching movies, exploring the area, and really love coffee. I am hoping to find a place close to a train station, somewhere pretty accessible to other areas.
I'm a lovely friendly person however I do like my own space hence no shared rooms, when I'm not working I'm either watching Netflix or working on s new creative project. I'm very tidy and clean especially with kitchen and bathroom. I'm happy to contribute to communal dinners (I'm a reasonable cook). Looking for a place with minimal bond and furnished with atleast a double bed. Feel free to ask me anything. 420 friendly is a huge plus 😁
Hi guys, my name is Danilo, I'm 28 years old, from Italy. I am friendly, polite, clean and handyman, so i can fix sort of any problem in the house ;) I am looking for a single room with queen bad, so no to small. In a share house no more of 4 people. Basically my current flat mate is looking too, so if there is a couple that want to get maybe an apartment to share with us, are welcome so do not hesitate to contact me. Interesting area: Kings cross, Darlinghurst, Bondi, Surry Hill. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks Guys
Hi there. I'm Gabriela (Gabby), 27, full-time bachelor student of Business at UTS...looking for long-term deals. My background is Marketing and Business Consultant, but nowadays I study every single day and I really try to relax on weekends. I've been here for almost 3 years. I'm originally from Brazil, what means that you sometimes will probably eat a yummy meal hahaha However I don't cook much to be honest. I am very used to sharing apartments since 2007, so no dramas! A tidy and quiet person, who respects privacy but very friendly as well. I like chatting, sharing a meal or two with friends You'll probably heard my laught ... I'm an extremely positive person, but no worries, I don't speak loud A clean and comfortable place where I can have a friendship instead of just paying bills is what I'm looking for. Cheers
I'm Japanese working full time as a hairdresser in CBD and looking for a private own room. I like cooking, listening to music, relaxing and enjoying beer or glasses of wine when I have free time. I'm polite, tidy, friendly and want to be friends with mates but respectful of each other's private. I prefer living with native English speaker to build up English expressions but Actually don't mind as long as they're friendly and don't have prejudice against gay. I want to enjoy beer or wine with mates with my dishes if we get along!
Hi, My name is Sophie and I am looking at a nice room to rent (ideally - but not mandatory- with an ensuite bath). I'm new to Sydney, french, 34 yo, and working full time in the F&B industry. I am looking at Chippendale, Alexandria, Surry Hill, and Eastern suburbs for a really quick move in (end March / early April). Do you think you have a place I could fit in? I'm very social and easy-going. Clean and tidy, loving to cook and travel and more than willing to make new friends. Hopefully we'll speak soon, All the best, Soph'
I am gainfully employed working in the Sydney CBD, manage my finances, mature (proper adult), clean, friendly, non-smoker (though I'm fine if you do smoke), great to have a glass of wine with! Social guy, love a lively household. I will never say no to a great shared meal and banter with roommates. I have a great rental history and have been living in Woollahra for over 3 years. Originally from Brisvegas and the Sunshine Coast, I am easy to get along with and can maintain a conversation. Very tolerant of everyone with no hang-ups. Overall I'm a friendly and reliable guy looking for a place in or around the eastern suburbs.
