I’m a non smoker/ non vaper, social drinker and I work full time.

I am friendly, clean and tidy, respectful and have excellent references from past house shares (available on request).

I’m looking to share with a respectful, clean and tidy person who doesn’t smoke, vape or have any pets. Preferably in a low maintenance dwelling such as an apartment, townhouse or unit.

Some of my interests include aviation (pilot licence), standup paddle boarding, running, cooking, dining out, looking after my health and nature walks.

I am social and don’t mind chilling and chatting with fellow house mates, as well as having my own quiet time.
