Emma and Paolo

Hi all,

My husband and i are planning to relocate from Noosa to Goldcoast on june, ideally from June 21 onwards. but can be flexible.
Or If we find a place in noosa, we will stay.

We are after a place for short term (3-6months) to start with potentially to become long term while were applying for our own place, but if it works out were happy to be added on the lease and team up. Were either working, at the beach or working on cars, so the ideal household we would prefer is a place we can reset and not a party house.

Paolo loves working on cars, youll see him always holding tools or studying about car performance, Emma loves cars too but not as much as paolo, Emma loves the beach, going for a swim, snorkel and freediving.

We both work Mon-Fri in the automotive industry
Were chill and we always keep it to ourselves and used to living with people.

in gold coast, we prefer to be in, southport, labrador, upper coomera, coomera or biggera waters

in noosa area, we prefer to be in tewantin, cooroy, peregian beach/springs, noosaville, noosa heads, sunshine beach, doonan and sunrise beach

We come along with 2 fish tanks.
We would love to be able to use a garage for 1 or 2 cars and happy to pay a bit extra for it.

our budget is flexible depending on the location and place.
