My partner Max and I are moving to Perth on the 31st of March and are currently looking for a rental in Perth. Ideally we’re after something furnished for a short-term stay, with the possibility of longer-term if it’s the right fit.

Max works FIFO on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster, and I’m currently in the process of securing a similar swing. This means the property will often be unoccupied for extended periods.

We’re both very clean, respectful and easygoing, and take pride in maintaining a tidy and well-looked-after home. We live a healthy lifestyle, don’t party, but like to have a social drink sometime on the weekends. We are very reliable when it comes to rent and bills.
