We’re now looking for a whole property with two bedrooms, preferably furnished. Ideally, somewhere tidy, well-maintained, and welcoming — a place we can call home. A parking space or garage would be highly appreciated.

We’re quiet, organised, and respectful tenants who value communication, cleanliness, and a good relationship with the landlord. Our preference is for a minimum 6-month lease, with the clear intention to renew long-term.

I’ve been working in the international education industry for almost 6 years with the same company, and I can provide a strong tenancy ledger and excellent rental references from Sydney real estate agencies — including over five years of tenancy history, with three years in the same property.
