Hi, we are a couple relocating from Byron Bay in NSW to Perth. We are new to the area and are looking at a small granny flat or studio for a month or two whilst we find our bearings. Would like to be within an 45 minutes of Rockinham with a budget of $550-700 per week. We are quiet, non smoking couple who enjoy early mornings and being as close to the beach. I’ll be working full time on garden island and Louise will be working full time once we are settled in the care sector.
