Seeking 2 rooms / house share in Samford Valley area!

I currently share a 4 bedroom home in beautiful Samford Village, but my housemate is leaving at the end of this year.

I'm seeking a new housemate to either -

ABOUT ME
I'm a single mum with 50% care of my almost 13yr old boy.

I'm a clean, tidy respectful person who can provide several references. I eat a predominantly plant based diet - so having a similarly health concious housemate would be ideal 👍

I'm quite earthy and an alternative thinker... I have a job + my own business in Tantric Coaching + Embodiment.

I'm a pretty relaxed home body, my interests include listening to music, Embodiment, Yoga, reading books, gardening or chilling with friends.

My son and I both love animals so pets (especially dogs) are welcome if you have them!

Key things we need
- a calm, family friendly space
- two bedrooms and a our own bathroom.
- I work from home so require a suitable shared office space to setup my desk, along with reliable internet.
- A non-smoking drug free, family friendly environment.
- housemates who value open communication.

I'm very open to sharing with one or two housemates - compatibility and the ability for us to communicate is the most important thing.
