I am looking for a place, maybe with 1 other lady unless the place is super spacious.

I enjoy harmonious living and enjoy a household where we all abide and maintain
a tidy and clean environment.
I love hard floors and prefer minimal carpets, rugs, upholstery esp in summer 🙂.

I enjoy a balance between friendly interaction and my own space
I am mindful and respectful of other people.
Balconies are a bonus

It would be great on ads to know how many people were living there.
