Hello! I'm Tim, 30 years old, Perth born and bred. I'm looking for an apartment in the Perth CBD. I work for the State Treasury on Barrack St.

I'm in a place in the central CBD at the moment, but my lease is expiring 19 November. I'm looking for a place until at least March 2020.

I'm often out and about during the weekends, seeing friends, eating and drinking and enjoying the Perth life. Whilst home, I enjoy cooking, music, chilling out with a beer, and keeping up to date with the news (love my ABC!). I also spend a bit of my spare time studying Japanese.

I keep the place pretty clean, and I'm super easygoing.

Please don't message me with places outside of the CBD - I'm looking to walk to work (~10-15 minutes walk) and don't own a car.
