*Searching for a little slice of home. Coolum or surrounds.*
Hi potential landlord/s,
I'm Gabriella - a Sunny Coast local looking for a self-contained little space to get cozy and long-term homey in.
I'm currently living in a share house situation in Coolum, with no specific timeline on leaving, so am open to spaces that are available to move into anytime between now and September.
I'm 40, solo, and self-employed, with healthy savings to back up my financial reliability. I don't drink or smoke, and I have no pets.
My life is focused around offering spaces for humans to connect in healthier ways. Amongst other things, I teach acroyoga, offer various types of spaces focusing on platonic and erotic pleasure, and facilitate community conversations on all kinds of interesting topics.
I'm tertiary educated (predominantly in counselling/mental health fields), while also being strongly invested in ongoing formal and informal education, particularly around healthier forms of leadership, economics, and community care.
When I'm not deep in complex conversations and/or organising events, I love nature wanders, beach swims, and baking treats for peeps. (I'm definitely happy to share with landlord-neighbours.)
I've lived by myself for the majority of my adult life, including 2 years living in my own tiny home on a friend's property. I'm house proud, always on time with rent, and a respectful neighbour.
Ideally I'm looking for one of those rare gems at about the $350/wk mark, but could potentially push it if it's a mutual solid Yes. (Yes, I know that price point is optimistic. )
Am happy to send more details/answer more questions, and/or just pop over for a chat if you have something that might be suitable.
Thanks for reading,
Gabriella
