Hi , I am currently renting in Henley Beach, and have been for the past 4 years to the same Landlord, private rental. .Unfortunately , my private landlord has put my rental up $ 40 a week from the end of November 2026 onwards. I am an airline worker at Adelaide airport, so do shift work, predominantly 5am starts. I am of the mature age, 56 a single gentleman, who is very pedantically clean, reliable with rent etc, and love the beach, outdoors , hence the reason to stay around the area, preferably looking at Henley Beach ,West Beach ,Fulham, Fulham Gardens or Grange . I am looking to live with only 1 other, Female or Male, no couples, in a quiet household, with , if possible, an outdoor area, balcony or small courtyard. Also, I am interested in a studio or granny flat type set up, as long as it has a little or big outside area. I am a smoker, outside of course. I am over the party house set up, love my sport, have Foxtel to bring, and am very considerate, and responsible. Thank you
