Hi, I am a professional academician and consultant and in the process to manage home base with plenty of international travel, therefore looking for a decent clean place, which if suits may chose to commit for long term as well. Not into drugs and smoking, or extreme views, pretty moderate (than what is the standard of moderate LOL), I like to keep things clean but not a freak. I like driving and travelling, cooking, music depending upon the mood and needs.
I am basically looking to share the cost of an apartment to make my students life as feasible as possible. The person can be of any gender, ethnicity, race or culture, as long as he she respects others. Plus should understand sharing means not only cost but overall upkeep and atmosphere of the abode too.
