Hi, I am Chandler. I graduated from UWA and got two Master’s Degrees (Master of Applied Finance and Master of Professional Accounting), I have a full time job as an accountant in Perth city.
I am a Chinese CPA and an ACCAer Mentor, I am also a private tutor for students studying Finance or Accounting.
I worked in China for many years, then resigned to come to Australia to study and work, looking for settlement.
Nowadays, I am focusing on my PR pathway.
I have lived in Perth over 4 years and have been living on and off with other people for 10 years, so I can say I will be a super low maintenance housemate. I appreciate roommates who really respect others’ time and spiritual space.
I can say I am relatively tidy and clean compared to other guys, have a high level of compatibility, easy-going, often focus on my personal stuff, no smoking/no alcohol/ no party in house / no ineffective socializing.

Rental budget:
-- 150AUD-300AUD/ week for Room
-- 500AUD/ week for full rent (the landlord allows me to sublet the extra room to others)

Ideal housing environment:
- I don't sleep very well, so I hope the room is quiet.
- Wish the room type is not less than 15 square meters, because the time spent in the room price is relatively long, the room is too small to be depressed.
- Bring with my own bed, table and chair, no need to provide bed and mattress from the landlord or host.
- I have a car. I wish I had a place to park it ( if the location is good, I can sell my car, no not compulsory)
- Because I work in Citi, I need to take a bus, which is convenient to travel by city bus.
- Those who want to share a room and have many years of work experience can also share a room.
- It can be an apartment, or a house filled with no more than three people.

Why I move: long distance traffic to my office result into very little free time after work.
