Hello! I'm Georgia, I work full time as an English teacher here on the Gold Coast.

I am looking for a room in an apartment with one other person. Preferably with my own bathroom and a place to park my car (street parking is fine). I’ve lived in the Mermaid Beach area for the last four years and I love it. So I am wanting to stay around Mermaid, Nobbys, Miami.

During the week I am very much a grandma, I usually go to sleep around 8-9pm, as I wake up early to go to the gym and for a walk. Living with someone on a similar schedule would be ideal. On the weekends I am more social, I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the beach, going out for dinner and trying yummy foods! I also love reading (I am a part of a book club), scrapbooking and will occasionally binge watch a good TV show.

I have lived with room mates for over 10 years and in that time I believe I have learnt how to be the best room mate possible! I am very clean, quiet and respectful. I will always clean up the kitchen after cooking and would never leave a mess in communal areas. I am easy going and love meeting new people and making new friends! Would be amazing to have a roomie and friend, who shares a similar lifestyle to me! :)

**just a side note, unfortunately I am very allergic to cats, so I would not be able to live with someone with a cat
