Hi! I'm Swapneel, a 28-year-old Graphic Designer working full-time from home. I'm also a passionate triathlete, so when I’m not at my desk, you'll find me swimming, biking, running, or heading out for a hike. I’m big on health and fitness, love being out in nature, but equally appreciate good food, movies, and a great TV series. I am clean, organized, highly respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a long-term home.

I’m hoping to find a home that is a relaxed, friendly, and peaceful environment with just one or two others in their 20s/30s. I’d love a household where we are friends—occasionally hanging out, watching movies/shows together, sharing meals. At the same time, I highly value quiet time and personal space.

I'm ideally looking for a place in or around Adelaide CBD and surrounding suburbs. I have a car and will need a reliable place to park. I'm happy to move into an available room, but I'm also 100% open to teaming up with the right person to apply for a new lease together.
