Hi there,

I’m relocating to Newcastle for work and looking for a room to rent. I work full-time from an office and also run a business locally that I’m here to fix and grow. I’m respectful, clean, and pretty low-key as a housemate.

I have two crate-trained dogs who are well-behaved and will be with me at work during the day. I just need a place where they can sleep overnight indoors. A small yard would be a bonus, but not essential.

Ideally looking for:

A clean, pet-friendly home

Respectful housemates

Flexible lease options

Parking (if possible)

Happy to provide references and meet beforehand. Open to both short- and long-term arrangements.
