Hi there 👋

I’m Makan — a software engineer working full-time in the Canning Vale area. I’m calm, quiet, and easy-going by nature, and I enjoy having a peaceful and tidy space to come home to. I’m single, don’t have kids, and I’m looking for a small private place such as a granny flat or studio to rent.

I drive a small Alfa Romeo Giulietta, so having a shaded spot for parking would be amazing — I really love my car!

In terms of lifestyle, I like to keep things balanced. I go to the gym twice a week, do a short 15-minute aerobic workout in the mornings, and attend a weekly conscious dance class. I’m also part of the Canning Vale Toastmasters Club, where I practice public speaking — it’s something I really enjoy.

I don’t smoke and prefer to live in a smoke-free environment, as I’m quite sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Outside of work, I spend time with close friends chatting about philosophy, psychology, relationships, and life in general — usually over good coffee or brunch on the weekends. I’m a light social drinker (just a couple of times a month) and play squash or tennis with my cousin once a week (I’m not a great tennis player, but it’s fun!).

I’m clean, organised, and respectful, and I appreciate having my own space. I’d describe myself as more of an introvert, though I enjoy socialising in small groups.

I also have a creative side — sometimes I do a bit of dry-clay sculpting as a hobby. And since I love my work, I often spend time learning more about computers and AI.

There’s no rush for me to move — I’ll move when I find the right place that feels comfortable and suits my lifestyle.
