I’m a responsible hard working guy. Same job for 7 years, I come from a good family background and I have good values. Social drinker, not a party guy and no drugs for me! I’ve left my run late at moving out as my family home is amazing but it’s time!
Easy going, relaxed, likes to cook, xbox player, clean and tidy, quiet, bit of a home body, non smoker, single, small inside dog, full time student at murdoch. Currently live on my own in thornlie looking to lower my expenses. I am more Interested in a starting up a share house, as i have all the furniture living on my own (fridge/freezer, tv, washing machine, dryer, table n chairs, couch, unlimited wifi). but open to moving into a share house if i am i can sell all my stuff (washer/dryer are on a lease so this maybe be difficult, if i could bring them with me that would be AMAZING as they are only 2 years old from brand new!) My lease is up early oct and looking to move last week sep, first week oct .
I am looking for a room and an off street place to park my car. I currently work an 8 days on and 6 days off roster in Vic Park/City area and looking for a place to stay where I can easily access the bus or train to work. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. Just looking for a home where I can feel safe and settled. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for short term as I have a month of house sitting in Dec/Jan. But if I get along well I may like to come back and stay long term. Would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon. But if you have a long term rental that's fine. I currently don't want to be locked in, so a boarding situation is preferred.
Recently separated dad of 1 x 9 y/o girl with the usual fatherly commitments but not the primary carer. Aussie born and raised, independent and full of life considering I am half way to being a fossil. I work in southern Metro area. I'm soon to be starting up further study so this may have me home at nights and maybe occasional weekends studying if not out with my daughter enjoying time. I'm a simple cook - at this stage - fancy being a test pilot?
Im an aussie girl born and raised with UK background. Work in Administration. Love hanging out with friends and getting to know new people. Enjoy a great night out but also love my nights in with good food and TV series / movies. Love to travel and love dogs so if you have any then no, definitely not a problem. Im happy to make friends with a potential housemate or we can do our own thing ( be cool to have a drink sometimes or watch movies etc) but i do like living in a neat space( hopefully not being uptight about things of course) but theres common sense in keeping a nice home.
I am 29 year old, single, female. I moved back to Perth a month ago, after living in Kalgoorlie for 4 years. I work as a Credit Controller in Burswood, and am also studying Accounting part-time/online through Curtin. I have my licence, and a 2004 Ford Focus. I’m looking for a room for rent because I’m currently living with my brother and his gf in Shoalwater and driving to Burswood every day is getting tiresome quickly lol. Plus, although I do enjoy my “me time” - I do prefer to live with others and meet new people 😊 I also have a 4 year old rescue dog named Alfie, who as a result of his treatment as a puppy can be very shy and anxious when meeting new people. Howerver, it doesn’t take long for him to come out of his shell and he’s found a new best friend. He’s very protective, which makes him a great guard dog (which also makes my mum happy knowing he keeps me safe, haha). He’s well trained, and doesn’t dig holes: as he prefers chewing his toys or sunbaking, haha. If required, I can provide rental references to cover myself and Alfie, and also a reference from some dog-sitters who looked after him while I was in Europe for 2 months. I also have a police clearance less 12 months old.
Hello :) I'm 22 years old, working full time in Fremantle in a pharmacy. Myself and my little kitty Mimi are very easy to live with. I'm tidy and take pride in having a clean house, I am currently living in wembley downs, the lease runs up end of September. I would love to find somewhere nearby or closer to Fremantle for work.
Just another gal who doesn't have her own mortgage so on the hunt to pay off someone elses 🙄😂. Would love to find two other females to live with because I have spent 28 years with males and I've done my fucking time dealing with smells, ball sacks and beer bottles 🙅 NEED TO MOVE BETWEEN THE 9-23rd OF JULY- before uni break ends. Not overly fussed on north or south location, Kmart + KFC do need to be close by though 🐷🙈 I Study at Curtin uni and work in Burswood so need a house that's MAX 20-30 mins away from both those places. Plus side is I don't have 11 kids, down side is I would loveeee to find a pooch friendly rental, preferably a 4x2 so there is a room for a study, extra storage for 3 females that hang on to clothes that no longer fit but we remain in denial 😂 and a decent backyard for whoever has fur babies. If you're fan of elastic waistband trackies, wine and nibbles, potatoes, chocolate and just having a laugh then message away! 😘
I'm from Singapore. Currently doing my Early Childhood studies. Very clean and tidy person. Love to interact and feel home and would like to be quiet in the evening times so that I can study. Easy going personality. As for the room, I would prefer a room with ensuite. Location has to be easily accessible to the train station
I am a tidy, easy going and respectable individual. I'm definitely quiet, introverted and more than a little socially awkward at first but enjoy socializing in small doses. I play a lot of video games in my spare time, hit the gym and love outdoors activities so will always be up for adventures if others are keen. I have a big respect for others privacy so you won't have to worry about being disturbed too often when at home. I enjoy cooking and baking and will happily do both if everyone chips money in for ingredients. Currently working casually while looking for full time, but will be applying for studies in September to begin in February. I have one cat I would rather not part with but if it is non negotiable I do have a temporary home for him arranged. Also have a boyfriend who may visit occasionally Looking at staying 3+ months
A working IT Professional with a computer engineering degree and would like to stay in a peaceful , quiet place, mind my own business type but love occasional hang out or friendly talk with the housemates, love sports such as cricket, easy to get along with any gender any race any religion
Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Social i get along/befriend everybody I meet from all kinds of backgrounds I don't invite friends over as I'm here only to do my cert 3 (school) and move back to QLD so I'll also be out most of the time
Quite clean person keep to my self I’m mostly out all day clean up after my self buy my own food don’t party an willing to help out with stuff if needed
I am a fun, cruisy, bubbly, easy going country kid from the South West. I have lived in Perth before while completing Uni at Curtin. I am clean, like to be social yet also like to have my own space to retreat to at times. I love to cook and bake and love to cook for people sp you cam expect many yummy treats! I can be a little bit goofy and like my Sci fi and fantasy (huge Firefly fan!). I am very into the environment and wildlife conservation, currently working for an environmental management company. My boyfriend is currently living in Bunbury but may consider moving up in a few months time. We are both into our photography with my main interests being wildlife photography and scenery. We both love our live music and entertainment. I have had to move to Perth for work and am cureebtly staying with family until I find the right place. I am open to any rooms available with space for a Queen and some bookshelves, and ideally looking for my own vathroom but am happy to share with one person also. Location hopefully within reasonable distance to either Bibra Lake or Caversham. I look forward to meeting my potential roomies! :)
I work full time and enjoy maintaining a clean, shared space. I am good to get along with and have a sense of humor but also know when to respect other peoples space I have traveled a lot and get along well with people
Hi I'm Robert and I'm a german student for medical engineering and finishing my master degree within the next months. I will come to Perth for half a year to work as an technical intern for Siemens. I am a open minded person and looking forward to my time in the beautiful Australia and get in contact with nice people and new friends and to do some surfing (I'm a beginner). English is not my first language, but I think it's alright :) I lived in a shared flat for my whole student live (6 years), so I do understand living rules based on mutual respect. Maybe we can arrange a little skype meeting to get to know each other...? :)
Hey! I'm a Secondary Education student working part-time. I'm pretty laid-back, not really a clubbing kinda guy but I definitely enjoy a casual beer or two on the weekends. I work til 11pm, so I'm usually up pretty late but I don't make much noise. Keen to chill or give you space, whichever you prefer. I like to keep stuff pretty clean, and get a kick out of doing dishes. I come with a bunch of consoles if you're keen to lose at Mario Kart.
I will start my PhD at Murdoch Uni in September. My boyfriend Jorrit is 25 years old and will do a research internship at Curtin Uni for two months. We are both German, but for sure we will communicate in English while living with you. We both like eating, swimming and cooking (probably in that order :D). We are sociable and both have experience with flat/house sharing. Our former flat/house mates would describe us as clean and nice to live with. We would be happy to pass by for a viewing or have a Skype chat with you. We will land next week (August 17th) in Perth.
Im a friendly reliable and hardworking positive person. I work in the city fulltime as an account manager. I'm pretty clean and tidy and keep to myself and treat a home with care but I'm always open and happy for a chat and being social around the house since I'm a peoples person. On the weekend I see friends and family sometimes go out on occasion and I love my fitness and health. Bonus if you have a pet. I love animals! If any more enquiries please dont hesitate to ask :)
I am a full-time student at Murdoch Uni. My family (2 adults and 2 children) plan to visit me in November/December and will stay for 2 or 3 months.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
