We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. That said, we're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
23, Male, single have a pet schnoodle. Recent uni graduate now working full time, looking for a place to house share late Jan/ Early Feb. Easy going, house trained, very respectful and a decent cook. Not looking for a over the top party house however i do like going out on the weekends, don't mind a drink and a bit of noise. In to sports especially watching/ playing soccer, gaming, going out, somewhere within the southern suburbs preferable.
Presently living in Sydney but likely moving to Perth around end-March / beginning-April for a new job. Leaving my finance job for a tech start up. I'm a sociable individual, likes to swim, play basketball, casual drink here and there, likes animals (if you have one), non-smoker and explore what Perth / WA has to offer. Also like to be very clean, maybe not at the OCD level, but definitely feel better when utensils, crockery, rooms etc. are kept neat and tidy! Looking for another like-minded individual or two to potentially team up and find a place. I can be flexible with location, depending on the others' preferences, but would like to find a nice place. Happy to discuss how to split rent as well depending on who gets what (e.g. master bedroom, car space). I'll have a car of my own that I would like a parking bay for.
I work in canningvale and looking for a room with wifi if possible for me and my dog.. He is a inside dog and well trained and very snuggly good with smaller dogs and females and excellent with cats but protective of women and kids as that is how i have trained him... I need a room asap and PLEASE NO DRUGS. I dont do drugs and rarely drink am quiet and keep to myself. I am respectful and honest and hard working.
I am an enthusiastic and friendly person, I enjoy being outdoors going hiking, checking out some dope views or catching up with some friends but I do also enjoy a good lazy Sunday. I also appreciate a nice clean environment, and I’m also looking for something with parking!
*Not available until late February/early March* Hello! I'm 21 years old (22 in April) and have just graduated from a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University in Queensland. I start full-time work in February with a commercial law firm in St George's Terrace. I've been out of my parents' place since 2014, and am well 'house-trained'. The earliest I could move in would be mid-February, but as I'm in Sydney for training from the 19-23rd, I'd be hopefully looking at moving early March, and then staying for the foreseeable future. I'm looking for something walking-distance to a train station and relatively close to the city, as I have a car but don't particularly want to pay for parking at the station every day. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy - my usual practice is to meal prep once a week or so and freeze so I don't have to cook during the week. I'm vegetarian but not strict, and have no worries about housemates eating or prepping meat etc. In terms of other things, I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it. Further, I don't usually bring people home (I'm leaving a boyfriend in the Gold Coast), and am not interested in a party house, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I am very social, but sometimes need downtime (and will respect your space) and usually am a very bubbly and energetic person. I like to keep fit (spent most of my university career working part-time in a gym) and am a bit of a movie buff, especially zombie movies! I look forward to meeting you! P.s. Unfortunately, to maximise my 'break time' between university and full-time work, I'm staying in the Gold Coast until 24 January 2018 so am unavailable for coffee or house viewings until then.
I'm friendly, easygoing, clean and quiet. I'll be moving to Perth for work so I am looking for somewhere to move into next January. Ideally I will be looking for somewhere for a year or more. I like gardening, cooking, and reading. I love animals - but no pets of my own. Hoping to find someone who is easygoing and environmentally conscious to share a place with. 한국말도 합니다! 한국인 하우스메이트 찾을수 있으면 참 좋겠음!
I'm a chef in training and love practicing and refining my skills, I enjoy drinking wine/cider with some cheese and crackers and I love pets so animals aren't a problem for me.
I'm a recently graduated 18 year old. I'm polite, quiet and very friendly. I'm a student at The University of Notre Dame, studying nursing. I'm easy to talk to, and I love a great chat but I don't mind a little bit of personal space too :)
I'm an employed 26 year-old female engineer who recently relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia. Have lived with my housemates/ roommate in Melbourne during my undergraduate studies 4 years ago with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 130-150pw (no bills included) or 160-170pw (bills included) or anyone else who are like-minded to share a house with. Room doesn't have to be furnished but preferably with good-sized BIR or wardrobe and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and some space for storage shelf.
Hi! I've been living in Bridgetown for the past year and a half and have recently accepted a job in Perth, so I'm looking for a happy, clean and friendly home to move into. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a N64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) but I also really love my alone time too. I'm a considerate, funny and friendly person but I can be pretty particular about things being clean and fly-wire doors staying closed because I'm terrified of bugs, especially cockroaches! Security is important to me and I love being in a neat and tidy environment. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I don't want to live with people like that. Cheers, Emily.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am a full time professional working in the city. I am generally a quiet person looking to rest relax and unwind after work. I do not smoke and I rarely drink. I rarely have guests as well as I see the place I live as my private space. I cook and bake as a hobby as well on weekends.
Im never home and always working lol Im a friendly, happy easy going chic. Reliable, responsible and hard working. Thoughtfully and respectful towards other. OCD on cleanliness. I do have a beautiful 11 year old daughter, due to my work commitments and the location of her schooling she lives with her father full time. Once max twice a week shes with myself overnight.
Hi there! I'm a quiet, young barista and a bit of a home body. I love nothing more than cuddling up with my cat. I've lived with my sister since I moved to Perth, but it's time to find somewhere of my own. I'm a great cook and baker, and am very tidy. Oh - and being a barista, I make a mean flat white. My idea of fun is a girly dinner out, or treating myself at the shops. Ideally, I'm looking for a house mate who's pretty quiet also and doesn't mind my furry critter.
I’m tidy and out going but also like to stay home and just watch movies! I love cooking and keeping fit, don’t mind having a drink or 2 and easy to get along with!
I work full time in government. I am friendly, tidy and quiet, so I am a peaceful housemate to live with :) I enjoy my outdoor activities (hiking, cycling), fitness, movies, music and travelling. I am looking for 1-2 other likeminded housemates to live with in the Como/Bull Creek/Applecross/Garden City area, preferably close to the train line.
Hi! I'm Maddie, I'm a pharmacist working full time in Murdoch, and ideally looking for a place to live somewhere close to work (ideally with my own ensuite/bathroom). In my spare time I love catching up with friends, movies, the beach, cooking and relaxing with a glass of wine.
Hey! My name is Lauren and I am looking to move to Perth from Melbourne, to start studying at Murdoch Uni (BSc/DVM) around early Feb. I am wanting to move over around the 13th of Feb to give myself a week to settle in before orientation at uni. I'm an avid gamer (PC and tabletop) and reader. I currently volunteer at the veterinary clinic at the RSPCA Victoria in my spare time. I am easy to live with, and enjoy spending time by myself, but am more than happy to share a few drinks and chat and spend time with the household. I occasionally have friends over to hang out or study, but usually no more than two at any time (at this stage I only know two people in Perth anyway). I keep a clean and decluttered room and am more than willing to share household communal chores. I am currently living at home, and look after my room, the bathroom and kitchen. I would be cooking for myself unless you are wanting to cook together. I am looking for a place that is < 30 minutes on public transport from the main Murdoch campus, as I do not have access to a car at the moment. Within walking or biking distance would be ideal, but I might be pushing my luck there! A private bedroom would be ideal, but I am fine sharing a bathroom and the rest of the accommodation. My studies require internet access. I am comfortable sharing a house with men, women and non-binary individuals, and also with people who identify as LGBTQIA+. Pets are also more than welcome! I will be looking for part-time work when I come to Perth. I will start my classes in Semester 2 (hooray for credit!) but will still have programs to attend as part of my course in Semester 1. I currently have enough saved, along with supportive income that rent and bills will not be an issue. WIth my studies, I may have to travel for placements and programs. I will occasionally go back to Melbourne during the uni breaks to see my family. If you think I would be a good addition to your household, please get in contact :)
Hey Potential Roomie, I'm looking for a place in Perth to spend at least the next 6 months to a year. I'm a primary school teacher working full time SOR. Looking to move somewhere by the end of January. I'm Clean and dislike clutter. I think I'm a good balance of social and private and I don't mind your friends coming round. Please don't make me go and live back with my parents :) Ben
Going to be an international student from Singapore in 2019 at Murdoch University! - Catholic - No pets - Enjoy learning and just chilling around the house - Open to try new things - Sociable and amiable
37 yo of the Christian faith, ethnic Chinese, Singaporean. I am sociable but respectful of boundaries, neat but easygoing, and am not a party-animal type of person. Looking for a place near Murdoch University, South Street campus. I prefer a smaller arrangement where you are offering one or at most two other tenants/rooms please. Furnished room with access to kitchen and laundry too. Apart from the school library, I won't study in my bedroom which I would like to remain a place of rest so I hope for a simple spot outside of it to study e.g., table, lamp, electrical outlet, not too near distractors like TV. Thank you.
Hi everyone! I am Isabella, a 24years old girl from Italy! I consider myself to be a clean person, easygoing, sociable and relaxed, but also quiet and respectful of everyone's space and privacy. I would like to live in a place that I can call home and where everyone is happy and there are not unnecessary tensions or dramas! I am not a party animal but I do enjoy a couple of drinks on the weekend! I currently work fulltime Monday to Friday and live up in Joondalup but I need to relocate south of the river because of my job. I would like to find a place with: - FURNISHED ROOM (double/queen/king size bed) + OWN BATHROOM - Close to a train station (mandurah line - murdoch area) My boyfriend lives up north. As we currently do I would like to still be able to have him over reasonably: we usually see each other one night a week (sometimes 2) for a dinner out or quiet movie at home, and weekends (usually at his place, sometimes at mine!) This has never been a problem with my past housemates but I think it is something important to say now in order to meet everyone's needs and expectations :) So...if all this sounds like it could work for you please send me an email or message! I have references available from all my past housemates if needed and I am a pretty flexible person so I am more than happy to talk about different possibilities :) Hope to hear from you soon! Ciao ciao isabella
