Originally from Argentina, living in Australia for the last 5 years.
Unfortunately my current lease is finishing due to the owners moving into the property and I will start studying at the same time so I am looking for a place to call home.
I am thoughtful of other people's space, energy and routines. I really value a peaceful, warm and kind home environment.
I took care of this house for the last 2 years on my own so I really understand the responsibilities a house brings, I would like to live in a clean and neat place with likeminded people, preferably no more than 2 housemates around similar age up to 40's.
I am independent but friendly, value open commnication and respectful cohabitation.
Definitely a day person, I enjoy going to the gym and catching up with friends.
Looking for a place no more than 15' drive to the beach and same towards the city as I will start my course soon in East Perth TAFE.
I don't mind pets as I love animals, just cannot take the responsibility to have my own at the moment.
I have a car and a motorbike so I need a place that has a secured parking space.
