I'm a kind and clear communicator, great at keeping communal spaces clean, and respectful of other people's personal space and needs in a communal setting.

My ideal set up would be living with 1-2 people who have mellow personalities, who are kind, considerate and respectful of personal space, who also like to keep their home clutter free.

My musical gear includes a full size keyboard with amps and 2 guitars. I'd be considerate about the times I practice but I am looking for someone who enjoys live music and understands that I would need space for this equipment either in a larger bedroom or in a loungeroom area.

I'm currently looking to join a sharehouse or team up with someone.
