Hey there! I'm Maddi and I'm doing a PhD on frogs at Macquarie Uni (I don't own any pet frogs, sorry). I moved to Sydney in 2021 to start my PhD so I'm in the final stretch now (help)

I've been living in share houses since 2017 so I'm well house trained & understand how to respect people's space and privacy, and how to tidy up after myself

I'm someone who likes to live pretty communally, sharing food (I don’t know how to cook for one person), watching tv together, playing boardgames etc. I don't want to live in a house that doesn't feel like home!

I’m a conservation biologist so I’m in the field a lot, but in the rare moments that I do have free time, I'm usually tending to my house plants (I will commit questionable acts for a sunroom), playing video games, or becoming obsessed with some new craft hobby that I will promptly get bored of after 2 weeks (don't ask me about my unfinished embroidery). I also love a beach day & recently learned to scuba dive, which I've decided is now a core part of my personality.

I'm looking for an unfurnished room so that I can bring my own bed & desk because I am irrationally and unreasonably emotionally attached to them
