Hey! Putting an expression of interest out there for preferably a self contained granny flat/unit, for myself and my girl Aspen (pictured). Would love something around the hinterland but am happy to be more coastal with the right people at a good house.
Bit about us:
I work part time in disability support, love all things music and art, I paint, draw and read so when I am home it’s often quiet and peaceful. I’m very active so outdoor exercise area or walking tracks nearby is a plus, I’m not a huge drinker so not big on a party house but won’t mind a bev or two on occasion! I’m big on clean eating and low-tox living (not a crazy vegan though pls don’t come for me) so would love a space that accommodates to this.
Aspen is a Catahoula leopard dog X, with the most beautiful temperament. She is gentle and loves pretty much everyone, great with kids and other gentle dogs. She is fully toilet trained, isn’t loud and loves a cuddle. She is my bestest friend and partner in crime so she comes with me pretty much everywhere, when I work the occasional night shift she joins me so the only times she will be home alone is when I work days (2-3x per week). A good, enclosed yard is a must and other doggy friends around is a plus.

My budget is flexible for the right place, hoping around the $350 mark or below. I’m fit and I love gardening, helping out and keeping busy so am willing to trade outdoor work or cleaning for a lower price in rent as well!
I’m not in desperate need of a place, so not stressed over your timelines and happy to work with that. Just seeing if the right place finds me :)
