Hi everyone!

I'm looking for one or two housemates to attend rental inspections with and apply for a 12-month lease in a two or three bedroom home as soon as possible.

My main requirement is a property with a garage that has a roller door. My budget is $400–$600 per week including bills (approximately $200–$300 each), and I'm hoping to find somewhere as close to Melbourne CBD as possible within that budget.

A bit about me:
-I'm 26 and currently studying a Bachelor of Music Theatre at AIM while working a few casual jobs.
-I have a busy, active lifestyle.
-I'm a non-smoker, don't drink, and I'm a church-going Christian.
-I'm clean, respectful, and looking for someone reliable to share a home with.
