Have recently moved to Redland Bay and potentially relocating in the new year. I'm a full time HR professional with Endeavour Foundation in there Corporate Office based in Cannon Hill and work a min of 2 days in office and the balance from home.

Due to lifestyle changes have quit smoking and looking for somewhere near the water in the Redland Bay Area to enjoy a seachange and become more active eg walks along the waterfront after work.

Keep to myself most of the time when not working. Enjoy coffee and checking out new cafes for a good coffee session. Actively involved in a model railway club and we meet every Tuesday night.

Love to bake (cakes, slices etc) so a good kitchen (with storage), and large shared fridge (but happy to buy as required) would be a bonus and I do share with housemates as required.

Not a big drinker, but do enjoy a quite drink after work on occasion and weekends and sharing meals with housemates from time to time.

Always pay rent on time and always prefer to be 2 weeks in advance.

Was in a private rental since January 2022 sharing a bedroom within previous landlords property and can provide a reference. If you have any questions just ask.

In the perfect world, a fully furnished granny flat (or similiar) would be ideal or shared accommodation.

Bedroom as a minimum must have aircon.
