Lubov and Nicholay

Hi Everyone,

My name is Daniel and I have created this listing on behalf of my parents (Lubov and Nicholay) who are retiring and moving to Australia from Canada. They will arrive in Melbourne at the beginning of September, so ideally would start renting close to that date.

I am assisting my parents to look for a short-term rental option around the Melbourne metro area where they can stay 3-6 months while they look for a property to purchase. I am a Melbourne local and live here with my wife, and will be available as an additional point of contact and support person throughout their stay.

Lubov and Nicholay would like to have their own space, whether it be a stand alone home, unit, apartment or granny flat. They are not looking for house mates, but rather their own space to rent for the short term. They are a very kind and friendly couple who are clean, quiet and respectful.
