I'm looking to share a rental with one other person and I would be happy to be the leaseholder. Ideally, I'd love to find a home along the coast, as I have a small, teacup Chihuahua shes a friendly dog who enjoys daily runs on the beach.

I work full-time in a demanding and often chaotic environment, so home is my place to unwind. I'm looking for someone who also values a calm, relaxed, and respectful household. I'm clean, considerate, and appreciate open communication and shared responsibility for keeping the home comfortable.

I'm hoping to find a like-minded person who enjoys a peaceful lifestyle and would like to create a home that feels welcoming, easy-going, and stress-free for us both.
