Hi, I’m Joshua. I work as a manager at Crown and live a pretty steady, low key lifestyle. I play soccer, keep active, and when I’m home I mostly just relax and keep to myself. I’m clean, respectful of the space I live in, and easy to communicate with.

I’m currently looking for a comfortable place where I can settle for the long term and treat it with care. I’m a non smoker, quiet, reliable with rent, and someone landlords generally don’t have to worry about.

Ideally I’m hoping to find a place that feels like a good fit for everyone involved.
