Jade and Kai

My partner and I are moving from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, and wanting to secure a place right now.

We’ve lived together for the past year and previously in share houses, so comfortable in shared spaces and always respectful, tidy, and considerate of others. I work remotely Monday–Friday (9–5), and my partner Kai is a carpenter who has just secured a job in the Caloundra area.

We are still in Sydney atm so I’d love to jump on a call to introduce ourselves properly 🙃 I’m also happy to send through a photo so you can put a face to the names.

Just to add we’re looking to secure a place ASAP and can put down the deposit/bond immediately. We’d also be happy to pay up to 2 months’ rent upfront if that’s preferred.
