Colette

Hey everyone, a room is becoming available in our Gladesville home and we want you to fill it!

Theres currently 4 of us living here but one person has decided that its time for their next chapter and is moving out!
Whos staying? Well that would be Colette (me), Euan, and Angus. We are in our late 20s, early 30s and work full time. The guys are hybrid and work in the city, while I am up before the sun slumming it out west.

A bit about us:
Colette: Loves a crafty hobby (even if they sometimes never get finished), gym, long walks and naps (girls up EARLY). Scientist 🔬
Euan: Loves art and film, bouldering, hike and T20 cricket. wfh and office worker
Angus: Coffee, Music and film nerd, wfh and office worker and professional chit chatter :)

A bit about you:
If you are tidy, fun, love the occasional beer or into art or music then you will fit right in!

We are a friendly social household but also respect each other's space. You had a long day? We will join you up at the brewery for a cold one (its good beer). You don't feel like cooking? Me either let get burgers!

Guess I better get into the logistics:

Bus to the city is about 30 mins or about 10 mins to Meadowbank station. The ferry from Kissing point is also a nice way to travel into the city. Kissing point is less than a 5 min drive with free parking available. We have supermarkets, cafes and restaurants a 10 minute walk up the road. There are also a few very nice walks along the river nearby.

The room will be $265 a week, plus bills (split equally). The room will be unfurnished and has a balcony. The sunsets from that balcony are STUNNING. We have a shared study, living room, kitchen, laundry, air conditioning in the shared living space upstairs, garage (for storage) and a driveway to park on. There is also street parking available.

You will be sharing a bathroom with two others, but thankfully there is an extra toilet in the laundry downstairs.
