Hello! Me and my boyfriend Andrea (35 yo) are looking for a house to rent. We have been living in Sydney for more than 3 and 5 years (we are both Italians) and now we need a different space since we welcomed Bella, our staffie dog of 10 months. We are very responsible, CLEAN, and both working, me in retail and Andrea in construction. Andrea has also worked as a chef for more than 15 years; we are not party people and we'd like to find a place that we can feel as home. Please consider that we are NOT interested in sharing the house with other tenants but to rent the whole property for ourselves. We also request a yard as a must have feature of the place. Thank you!
I’m quiet, clean, respectful of other peoples space and pretty much always up for a few beers. I’m a manager in a pub so I work odd hours. When I’m not at work I’m usually chilling at home, walking my dog or catching up with mates. I have a sweet older dog named Ripley, he is everyone’s best friend and loves a cuddle. I’m looking to start a share house with someone or join a share house with a couple of people. My lease for my current appartment is up on the 4th of November. Feel free to message me if you’d like to know more about me 🙃
Hiya, I’m Maddy! I’m looking to move out in the new year, ideally would like to find a whole property to share as I have a small dog and don't want to be intruding on anyones routine. I like to keep the house fairly tidy, not a clean freak by any means but tidy enough that there's not extra stress when an inspection is due! My main concern/point is my dog, he loves people and is incredibly friendly. Obviously there will be boundaries for him but I'd mostly like him to just be part of the household, happy to roam the place freely (not anyone else's bedroom of course!). He will be kept outside during the day also. I'm quite easy going, get along with most people, look a good chat! I work full time in Real Estate Admin/Marketing so Monday-Thursday nights I'm usually just at home for dinner unless I make plans! I'm very close with my family and have a good, solid, grounded group of friends from all walks. I love a good book and definitely a summer person! I'm partial to a drink, love a good night out but definitely not as often as i used to! Those hangovers sadly get worse with age haha.
I've lived in sharehouses and shared apartments most of my adult life so I'm not new to this. I'm independent but friendly. I love sitting down and having good chat but I also don't need people to be around me 24/7 and often like spending time alone. I'm a film school graduate, so I love movies -- the cinema is my happy place. I'm also often writing and working on my own projects in my spare time. Please don't message me about rooms outside of my preferences. Would love a team up.
Hi! I am a full time venue manager, on my way to graduating in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2020. I am a busy individual! I would consider myself really easy to live with, looking for someone who is tidy and friendly.
I’m an easy going girl! Great to spend time with but also like to take time for myself and don’t need to be around people all the time. Am always happy to have other people over and have fun, or for quiet nights in! I’m looking for someone (or someone’s) looking to rent a new place together starting next year! Please contact me to discuss details / if we could live together:) Anyone with furnishings / appliances VERY WELCOME :)
Hey i am a 28yo australian guy, born in melbourne. I have just moved back to Sydney after working for a few years in QLD. Now all i need is nice house to come home to :) I'm a security systems installater and qualified locksmith working full time, so i work most days. I am a good housemate, used to living with other people, cleaning up after myself, being a respectful and quiet roommate and not partying or drinking except for a social drink if i have someone to accompany me :D - Willing to team up with 1 or 2 people to get lease a 2 or 3 bedroom place. Let me know if you are interested. - Im not a demanding house-mate like you get sometimes, when you cant see them without them starting a conversation about nothing or anything. I know when people want some peace and i hope the same would go for some ever i am living with. But i also have a lot of personality when its needed . Enough about me...
25 year old easy going guy! I work full time in IT (Barangaroo area ) I'm also studying online part time. I keep myself busy with work and gym during the week.In my spare time I catch up with mates and play football ( soccer). I'm social and friendly but I also respect people's space and time. -I will be overseas from from 17/9/19 until 29/9/19.I wont be able to answer any texts but might occasionally log on here. -I'm flexible with the move in date ( the earlier the better but happy to wait for for the right place !) - looking forward to hear from you :) ( feel free ask to if you have any questions ;) )
Hi my name is Sophia. I have just moved to Sydney to start a job as a nurse in concord, Looking to move out of nursing accommodation. In my spare time I’m heavily involved in scouting and enjoy it. My ideal place would be somewhere that has a decent kitchen. I’m not a party girl but ideally would like the ability (with advance notice to occasionally have friends over for brunch or dinners
Hi there! My name is Emily and I am 24 years old. I am originally from Adelaide but moved to Sydney over two years ago. I am currently studying Auslan and taking a semester off from my Masters in Social Work at USYD. I also work part time, but almost full time hours, in the city in a contact centre. Since I spend most of my time studying or at work, I like to relax at home. I am generally up for anything and am happy to join any house traditions. While I like to socialise and have fun with my roommates, I also like some alone time to unwind. You'll often find me binge watching the same TV show for the 20th time or trying out a new meal prep in the kitchen. I am looking for somewhere that is welcome to guests, but I don't have more than one person over at a time very often. I have a partner who would visit me 2-3 times a week, and occasionally spend the night, so I would need somewhere where roommates do not mind if he visits. However he would never be at my place without me and has always been very respectful when visiting me in share houses in the past. I am also happy for my roommates to have people over. I'm more than happy to discuss any concerns you have about this! Every couple of months or so, I will go home to visit my family and friends in Adelaide, so you'll have a bit more peace and quiet. In October and November I will be spending a lot of time home for my sister's wedding, but will still be paying rent during this time. My current lease is up on 20 September, so would be looking for somewhere I can move in shortly before then. I have my own furniture so I am flexible with furnishings, but require a bedroom large enough to fit a double bed. I love dogs, so anywhere with a dog or pet is a bonus! Please feel free to hit me up if you have anywhere you think I'd like or anything you'd like to ask! :)
