Hello! I've just graduated from UNSW with a master of architecture and am in the midst of looking for full-time work. I've been living on campus in a studio the past 3 years and am looking to move out, soonest possible. My place is always kept very clean and tidy, and rent also paid on time. I'm easy going and respectful, and am sensitive to needs for space and privacy. I am sociable, but also enjoy quietness and am not a party person. In my free time, I enjoy knitting and my favourite shows on Netflix. I also love animals and classical music, but I'll save your ears from my rusty violin skills. I would prefer off-street parking and a smaller house-share ideally, although I'm still flexible with that. I'm generally looking for clean and respectful housemates, and a place to live not just sleep, and contribute to the household in one way or another. If you have a suitable place we could share, I'll be keen for a chat!
I'm a quiet 25 yo, looking for somewhere relatively inexpensive to stay. Would like to live in a share house but quite like to keep to myself. Clean and considerate. Enjoy cooking, going to the markets and the beach.

Hi, my name is Louis but I normally go by Lou. I am looking for an existing place or like minded people for a team up. This will be my first time out of home on a permanent basis, something I am very excited about and have thought of for a while now but had to put off to pursue of other goals. Though I have never lived out before, don't fret, I am well travelled and have shared space with people for extended periods before. By trade, I am a professional in the finance industry specialising in commercial lending. Work's pretty full on so I'll be still at work or enjoying the extracurricular activities I do until mid evening most days. My weekends will be involve a mix of downtime/relaxation; going out with friends and pursuing various interests. My hobbies and interest constantly change (I get bored quick!) but for now its gym, watching MMA, muay thai and travel. Places I would be interested in would be: - Clean and tidy - With my own bathroom preferred (but not essential) - Off-street parking - Modern style apartment - Has a warm homely ambience - No more than two other housemates, preferably just one - Non-party house - Has or willing to split internet - Convenience to transport, shops and amenities - Airconditoning! The housemate I would be is: - clean and tidy (semi ocd) - respectful and considerate - sociable - lets chat or hang out but also will let you do you whilst I'll do me - easy going If you have a place that fits the brief or maybe we can set up a place together then lets connect and see if we can co exist in the same habitat!
Independent & down to earth but sarcastic gal with my priorities in order. I work in sales for a educational publishing company based in Macquarie Park but I do travel from time to time interstate for work. I love to unwind with a glass of rosé, Netflix and lounge with my cats. Happy to chat, listen or just enjoy my me time as I am content with my own company. Looking for flat mate preferably to share a 2 bedroom place, team up would be ideal. Must be working professionals who have their sh*t together but are just looking to save a bit on Sydney living costs. As long as you don’t mind sharing a living space with 2 very chill toilet trained cats who like to lounge in the sun or on the couch. You are welcome to snuggle with them or just pick them up and move them - they are super friendly and behaved. I would like to live with people that don’t mind if friends are over for dinner and vice versa but I am not looking to set up a party house. I work full time 8:30-5 Mon-Fri and tend to be a home body during the week. On the weekends I am out most of the day horse riding or catching up with friends over coffee. Unfurnished is my preference as I do have a lot of my own furniture from my current flat and plenty of kitchen essentials to bring with me. I am open to sharing cost of common area furniture as long as we make it homely and tidy- not uni dorm mish-mash style as I would like it to feel like a happy, relaxed & stylish home as you should too. Townhouse, house or ground floor unit is preferred due to cats loving the outdoors in the day.
I am Ervin I have a Persian background I'm working professionally in the building industry the only things that makes me unhappy is to be untidy and dirty so I'm super clean and tidy at least I try every day to be better I love my PlayStation I won't be regret if I spend my time with it, My hobby is fishing, watching soccer and movies also I know how to cook but I prefer to eat outside it's more yummier 😋
