Hi, I'm Lisa, I am a 40yo IT professional looking for a quiet, short-term furnished accommodation (for max 3 months till around end of the year). What I am looking for: - A private flat OR flat/home share with ONE other female person max (NO Boarding house please or multiple flatmates living in the property (due to covid risk). - My own private bedroom with desk - Ensuite / Own bathroom I am very clean, quiet, responsible and respectful of others. I usually cook in the evening if I am at home and I am happy to have a chat or cook dinner together but its also fine to keep to myself. At the moment, I work from home and I am also studying part time so I would be around on weekdays and need a quiet environment. I already have a lot of experience living in flat shares so I understand it is important to give each other privacy or to be quiet. I enjoy going out on weekends to visit friends or do activities but I am not a party person. I like to keep fit playing tennis or going jogging. Budget: up to $300 pw for a private room with bathroom. More if it is a private flat, thanks. Areas Preferred: CBD, Mascot/Greensq, Inner West (Newtown, Erko, Glebe etc), Lower North Shore (Chatswood, Artarmon, Nth Syd etc). Must be near train station and easy commute to city (I don't have a car).

Hi, I moved interstate at the start of the year to be closer to family. I've graduated with a Master of Public Health (HSE). I’ve also been a teacher. I'm looking for a tidy house, preferably with air con and fly screens! If you have a friendly cat/dog - that's fine too! :) I’m sociable and friendly, but still like to have my space to chill. I'm not into parties/late nights, and I prefer to be in a non-smoking place. Interests: walking, running, book worm, creative arts. Have quoted 3 month stay as a minimum for either party to have flexibility. I prefer a flexible stay instead of a fixed period. If it’s a happy place, then I’d be happy to stay for much longer.

Easygoing, clean, quiet, love animals and am looking for a large private space I can furnish myself. I work full time in healthcare and am a part time dog walker and may occasionally have a dog to stay for a couple of days. At home I like to relax and am a big reader - anywhere with a dog around the place would be great! Love to travel, ride horses, listen to live music and head out for a meal and a drink from time to time. I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy and also happy to have a chat and a laugh with my housemate over a wine or two!

Hey, my name is Ollie and I'm 23. I work full time doing reptile shows around Sydney and also at a pet shop. I'm after a decent sized room in a share house with between 2 and 5 (max) people, preferably around my age (20s). I'm super clean, tidy and respect others space. I've lived in a big share house before so I'm familiar with living with others. Pretty social and enjoy a drink or two during the week and going out occasionally on weekends. Pretty outdoorsy so won't spend too much of my days off around the house, especially when it's sunny out. Either looking to move into a room or team up with a couple others to find our own place. Shoot me a message! Cheers

Hi! I'm a 37yo guy, newish to Sydney (just over a year). Have previously lived in WA and QLD and overseas too. I'm pretty relaxed but also active: love rock-climbing, kite-surfing, swimming, hiking, bushwalks; pretty much just generally being outdoors. I'm considerate, independent and tidy and enjoy a quiet, clean, relaxing home environment. I'm an ex-professional (geophysicist) now handyman & arborist - so I'm working outside mostly (and away from people!), typically part-time (but nearly full-time). I love learning new things and into podcasts and youtube, as well as occasional movies and reading. I'm not a bad cook; like to learn new tricks and cook delicious food (occasionally!). Very keen on a cold beer after a hot days work, or a red wine occasionally, but I'm not much of a drinker. Enjoy designing things and tinkering/building things in the garage a bit too. (Have plenty of tools etc). I am looking for a teamup with someone to share a whole house with. Reasonably flexible location-wise, I just need a garage (for a workshop/storage etc) and off-street parking for my boat. I'm looking for a female housemate (ideally) as the dynamic worked well with my previous housemate Kate, but open to anyone really: straight/gay, single or coupled etc, so long as you're respectful and relaxed :) My gf will be staying occasionally and likewise I'll be away at hers occasionally so you'll have some space to yourself etc. :) I love pets and open to consider if you have a dog(s)/cat if it's well behaved and doesn't eat my stuff etc! And questions please ask. Cheers, Mike

I will respect your privacy and time to yourself always!

I have been working in Newcastle and Brisbane over the past 3 years and have moved back to Sydney for family and friends. After work you'll find me in the kitchen, winding down and prepping a C-class meal before listening to some music or watching a little TV to chill out. Most days l'm be pretty dead from work, so I don't mind my own space, and will respect yours too. We do love a great chat over a beer or three. I work as a safety administrator with classic 9-5 hours, don't mind working on my car on the weekends and venturing out for the occasional camping trip. I am currently in a work from home situation, so most likely will be home for some time to come. I have a boat and car with me. It'd be great if I had a spot to store one of them off-street.
