I'm currently looking for a private room for myself to live in for at least a year. Female only household.

I’m a pastry chef working full-time with early starts during the week, working in hospitality, I might also work on the weekends.
I usually keep a calm routine and enjoy a peaceful home. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easygoing.

I enjoy my quiet time at home but I’m friendly and happy to chat occasionally. Outside of work, I like going for walks and having a bit of social life, but I’m not a party person and prefer a relaxed household.

Despite being a chef, I don’t use the kitchen much and always clean up after myself. I’m reliable, considerate, and always pay rent on time.

What I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a private room in a female-only household around $400 per week including bills, ideally in the Inner West, but I’m also open to Ryde, Gladesville, and Meadowbank.
On-site parking would be ideal, but I’m happy with street parking if needed.

I’m looking for like-minded, respectful, and tidy flatmates who value a calm, comfortable home environment.

Not into the party scenes and more on the quiet side but will socialise on my time off.
