I have recently relocated to NSW from spending 9yrs in QLD, originally from the UK. Now I'm venturing from the Illawarra up to Sydney pending a job offer!

Outside of work I have multiple creative/business projects I work on, so for this reason I require a desk in my room and a reasonably noise-proof room/not set directly next to someone else's room to avoid any disturbances. I'm very into self-development and am a trained mindset coach so I attend many online and in-person events.

I require parking but I don't mind if it's on-street. But want easily accessible, not permit / race-for-a-space situation!

I require furnished and decent storage space for things. Ideally mirrored wardrobes/at least a mirror in the bedroom for getting ready. Preference for ensuite bathroom but separate own is ok. I would love some floor space in the bedroom to do home workouts!

I am friendly, outgoing, considerate, respectful, tidy, enjoy my own space but also happy to have a chat. I do not party or really drink, do not smoke, no pets, but I do love cats if you have one 🐾 I can't really live with dogs because of the noise affecting my work.

Do not want to be sharing with a large number of people I want a peaceful environment! No party or noisy house, and nobody who strictly doesn't allow a respectful friend to visit/stay.

I've put 6m stay length but obviously open to longer if everything goes well :)
