✅Ensuite master rooms only
✅Having parking is a non-negotiable. Ideally covered, off-street
✅High rise apartment with facilities (minimum gym & sauna)
✅Balcony with space to sit not just hang clothes
❌Do not want to be sharing with any more than 1 other person - I want a peaceful environment!
❌No party or noisy house, and nobody who strictly doesn't allow a respectful friend to visit/stay
❌Absolutely no shared bathroom situations

I require a decent amount of space - Queen bed plus desk plus floor space (I now own an exercise bike). I need good storage space as I have quite a lot of things. Ideally mirrored built-in wardrobes.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲:
I work in-office full time business hours, 1 day a week WFH.
Outside of work I have multiple creative/business projects I work on, so for this reason I require a desk in my room and a reasonably noise-proof room/not set directly next to someone else's room to avoid any disturbances. I'm very into self-development and am a trained mindset coach so I attend many online and in-person events.

I am a highly considerate & trustworthy housemate and expect the same.
I am friendly, outgoing, respectful, tidy, enjoy my own space but also happy to have a chat. I do not really party or drink, do not smoke, no pets, but I do love cats if you have one 🐾 I don't want to live with dogs because of the noise affecting my work.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲:
My current room is highly spacious with plenty of storage, I have an ensuite, basement carpark, and all bills are included. I have a good thing going, I'm in no rush to leave, and I will not move to just any random room. I'm looking for a lifestyle upgrade to somewhere I will enjoy making my home more long-term.

I've put 6m stay length but obviously open to longer if everything goes well 😊
