Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy, pet friendly place. I'm a mature, employed, single male, house trained, social drinker, outdoor smoker. I Love my footy (Rugby League). I'm a Saints supporter (St.George illawara Dragons), and in soccer I'm a die hard Liverpool fan (EPL). I work hard during the week and on the weekends I like to chill out with my dog ''Buddy'', on the beach, or at the dog park. ''Buddy'' is a four years old ''Jug'' or ''juggle''. ie. A Jack Russell Cross Pug. He's super friendly, very cheeky, trained, vaccinated, wormed, and desexed. BTW ''Buddy'' is an outdoor dog .ie. He sleeps and plays in the backyard. He's a champion dog, with a little dog Syndrome, weighs 10 kgms, very affectionate, full of energy, and loves to play non stop. ... Bless his heart ...
I am looking for a room to move in starting from 20-31 of December this year. If everything goes fine, I want to stay for 3-5 months (and maybe even a bit more if everything goes well further) Hi. My name is Hesham. I'm 30 years. I'm a Middle-eastern, precisely from Yemen. And, I work part-time currently. I shared a house with my girlfriend and brother for the last 1-2 years, and I now I'm undergoing what may be called 'end of era'. For the time coming, my choice will be to go for some quiet and alone time. I will prefer a "less-people" housing, with a total number of people in the house 2-3 (including me and everyone) I'm after a clean and tidy housing where the shared areas are kept well-organised and managable, so everyone can function. Aside from that I do not have special preferences. [About me - again] I am a quiet person, easy-to-live-with, good in and appreciate communication highly. I actually beleive in communication above everything. I am less-talkative but I won't mind sharing a friendly conversation with someone, or a funny chit chat from time to time. I will also accept an invitation for a drink and talk over the table, home or at the local pub. (In the kitchen, if I use a plate or any utensil, the immediate next thing I will do is wash it) I am well-organised at the kitchen. I like this because it keeps the functionality of this utility. I do not eat much but I rarely eat outside, especially now that I am on a low-carbs diet. And again, I take care of my use to the kitchen and do some helping also to everyone. (I am planning a long overseas travelling trip next summer - Next June, July.. onward) Like I mentioned , I am on a diet for 4-6 months time to come. I will be doing some excercises in and out side the house (in my room off-course). I am also going to be working part-time. And beleive it or not, my job is delivering food - although I am a certified engineer by Australia. I have been working hard-and-busy for the last 3 years (since I arrived in Australia) and I am looking for a change for the time being. I like this delivery job; it gives me the change I want and the flexibilty I need. But normally, it keeps me out more than 20 hrs a week. You can expect me to be asleep around 11pm, and awake 6-7 in the morning. later in the day I then may go for some shopping, the gym, library, etc., or just stay home. I will do my driving hours between 6-10pm. [Free time] My free time, I would watch little TV in my room (or Youtube), or hit at friends houses from time to time. or be doing random things like landscape photography or go to library. I will also occasionally be away from the house for a couple of days visiting my brother who moved to Wollongong regional - Mittagong, or stay over at friends'. I rarely will have someone coming over for a short visit, and if that happens, I will make sure it is one person at a given time. I drive my own car since 2 years, and can help doing some grocery shopping for anyone sometimes. I do not mind occasionally helping each other with the small things (within the convenience limit off course, and without being un-confident that it is 100% ok) I would wish if the house has got a Laundry drier because I am not used to Balcony or Sun-drying at all. Pls feel free to contact me or to interview me. Cheers
My name is Bevan. I am a full time Logistics Supervisor for an interstate food manufacturing company. Im looking for a flat/house share. Been living in a granny flat for the past year paying $450 a week. Looking for something much cheaper. $200-$250 a week. Easy going. Clean, reliable. People person but also like my privacy. Nothing bothers me unless its extreme i.e, stealing, fighting.
I want to start by saying I hope my age doesn’t deter you , I’m very down to earth, great sense of humour, respectful, and responsible Very hygienic and clean Im also open to other areas in Sydney Any other questions feel free to ask 😃
Hey. I work full time in the construction industry. When I’m not at work I’m either reading, doing some form of physical exercise or meditation, online on my laptop or just chilling. I practically never cook, and I eat mostly whole foods anyway so there isn’t a need most of the time. I keep a clean environment and I enjoy quiet but am also up for nice conversation and tv every once in a while. Ideally I’d like to be sharing a space with someone similar, I have big goals I’d like to achieve over the next couple of years so my ability to focus is important, if I’m not so conversational at times please don’t take it personally lol. Thanku!
I live a busy lifestyle, most of my time spent on campus or working out. I’m from Singapore and I speak both English and mandarin. I am neat and I clean after myself. I’m very chill and enjoy reading a book during my free time.
I am a volunteer at the Lithuanian Club. I will be teaching Lithuanian children our language, traditions, etc. I am a tidy person, quite calm, simple and friendly! ^_^ I love movies and animals, although, Austalia's poisonous ones scare me a bit, to be honest. :D Not a smoker or a big drinker, not a party type of person. However, it would be nice to go out to a pub to have a beer. I LOVE walking and I hope to explore Sydney on foot as much as possible! :)
My name is Tim, 37 year old father of 3. I work on construction, can do odd and sometimes shift hours occasionally. I ride mountain bikes for fun (when I don't crash). Looking for a granny flat type place that I can also have my 3 children on the odd weekend. Non-smoker, no pets, very rarely drink.
8/10 guy from Wollongong looking to move to Sydney to be closer to work. Usually never home, love a social drink, and am quite a clean person - would appreciate the same in flatmates.
I am friendly, neat, pull my weight. i am open to new things, ideas, cultures and meals. Awesome at being a friend but also mind my business if required. I love to cook, dance and make people smile. At the moment I am willing to live anywhere, in any location that is comfortable and does have too many flatmates
