I've recently moved back to Sydney so I'm just starting to put the feelers out to start up a house with lovely peeps. I have most of the things required to set up a house (kitchen stuff etc) so now just need the peeps to start looking with :) I’m a very young at heart 40 y/o…I still can’t believe I’m 40 ;)…with the experience of 20 years renting. I am mature/responsible where it counts, and also fun loving; enjoying ‘sensible silliness' as well as chilling at home ;) I play guitar/ukulele/bass, love camping and going to festivals, love board games, watching docos as well as bad and good movies/t’v shows. I am looking to live in a clean and respectful home with people who are happy to socialise and share a meal every now and then, but also happy to have down time and our own space. As I have a fair bit of camping stuff, I look for houses with a garage so there is heaps of storage space, and as I like my 'things' books/crystals/trinkets/decor items etc, I need a decent sized bedroom. I have an adorable cat who is vert affectionate and is used to people and/or other animals (including dogs) to keep him company. I am open to where I live in Sydney. It would be great to be in the inner west if the right place comes up for a decent price, but also happy to live on the outskirts too. Let me know if you're keen to look for something, preferably with a third person. I am very flexible as to when I can move. Cheers xx

Hi there! My name is Hannah and I am looking for a fun, cool female, flat mate (or two) to move into a place with! I work part time and will also be studying next year (music student). I am very clean and tidy and pretty quiet during the week but often enjoy a drink on the weekends usually before going out. I have most furniture stuff ready to move in with, including a washing machine. In my free time I like going out to see live music, walks, drawing, playing music and hanging out with friends eating nice food! I’d love to chat more if you are interested!
I'm Jack, 30. I'm a project manager for an architectural metalwork company. Tidy but far from obsessive, value healthy communication, positivity and consideration. Occasionally, handy in the kitchen. Inherently uncomfortable writing my own character ref. Keen to catch up and see if we laugh at the same things. Package deal with my cat Peggy, she's adorable and super chilled so I'm hoping to ride her coattails to domestic bliss.
I'm happy to be social and respectful of people's need for privacy. I can cook and enjoy making family meals and am pretty decent at whipping up cocktails. I'm clean but if you're messy thats cool. I'm pretty laid back. I currently work in recruitment and do random bar gigs when I feel like it.

I am a big rugby league fan, and enjoy running and going to the gym. I am pretty social, and spend most weekends with friends, and often go to the pub on a Friday or Saturday. Looking for housemates that are friendly and social.
I'm a full-time nurse. I need a place closer to work. Need to live with considerate & respectful of privacy individuals. Due to my shift work, I am rarely home, and do appreciate my quiet time and up for a chat too! ALL FEMALE FLAT PLEASE. COUPLE OKAY.

Hey my name is Billy. Looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. My son will be staying with me every second weekend. He is 7. I am single, social, clean and I respect privacy and boundaries. 0422522813
I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a chat over a wine/coffee/tea or dinner :). I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have traveled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. I prefer to share in a female only and pet free household.
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
Me and my mate work interstate and come to Sydney every weekend or every second week to meet with our peers for the project we are working on. We are very open minded to team up with or to take the whole place if within our budget. We love staying in and reading or watching tv after work. A room with ensuite toilet would be perfect, however we are happy to explore other options. No visitors and no dramas what so ever :)
Love travelling. Was originally based in London for almost 10 years. I do graphic design for a living fulltime. Quite chilled out, a cup of tea in front of the couch is an ideal night in. I enjoy baking and cooking quite a bit.
I am a 25 year old engineer (with social skills 😮😂) looking for a teamup for a longer term rental in the inner west from January. I love exploring and trying new things! I'm a relaxed guy, who respects peoples personal space. At the same time I am keen to hang out, have a beer/coffee and a chat/banter. I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer) and basketball, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
Hello, my name is John! I am working full-time. Moved from Melbourne to Sydney and currently living in a shared house near Glenfield. I am looking for a bigger room as my current room is a bit small for me and looking to move to inner west. I am sociable, flexible, respectful and a very organised person. Looking forward to meeting new housemates and friends! I wouldn't mind team up as well! Thanks!
Hi there, I am interested in your ad I am a 27 year old safety officer who is looking for a new place called home. I am very respectful of people's privacy and properties. I also clean up after myself and love to socialize with the people I live with. If you are free, can we organize an inspection?? Kind regards Kevin
I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself being flexible, tolerant and resourceful. Gender, nationality and culture is of no relevance to me whatsoever. What I look for in a share house is nice easy going people whom I can live with (hopefully long-term) without dramas. I have a good rental history that can be proved. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$260/wk. I am flexible with the move in date. Please feel free to message me if you want more information. I am more than happy to meet up for a quick face to face introduction. If you decide to send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but my apartment is very old, so I'm looking for something new. About me: I've just started working at The Salvation Army which is amazing and have just finished an Arts degree at MQ uni. I'm now hoping to turn my attentions to various creative pursuits (crafts, performance, side hustle) with my newfound free time. I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and I'd love to get into acting, more dancing, writing and fashion design, amongst other things. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Preferably female, ideally 2, but I'm open and flexible, depending on the vibe of the place and the people. Not fussed about employment status, although we might have more to talk about if you're a student/professional or both. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly (I've love one but my lease doesn't allow it). Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for 12 months decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long periods of time, but gets kinda lonely and isolating, hence looking for somewhere new with good people). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath preferred, relatively short walk to the station and bus stop (around 5 mins would be awesome, but nothing more than 10 mins would still work), quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins to the CBD, city/park views would be amazing. Modern and spacious kitchen (preferable electric cook top and neutral tones), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone/s to start a team up with as I've got a fairly solid idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and flatmate/s to share with. I'm open to sharing in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm not in any particular hurry to move out, but am keen to move into the next stage of my life which I feel means moving on from my current place. However, I want to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing so. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
We are a chilean couple , studying english at the moment. We are clean , organized and non-smokers. We enjoy watching movie (horror or action) ,listening music and cooking. Honest and friendly couple to live with

Gay couple Sydney guy with a Colombian guy, coming back to live in Sydney after 10 years, good clean considerate, looking for work now but no problems with payment as investments earning cover our expenses. We are very down to earth, pleasant guys, one younger and one older, a good couple, big travellers. we would be happy to find a place with other broadminded people who currently have a room or others who wish to find a place and rent together, we enjoy living with others.
My name is Brian, I’m originally from Colombia but I’ve been living in Australia for around 6 years. I work as a supervisor in a Window Cleaning company and I’m also doing an Adv. Diploma in IT. My work time varies every week so there may be days where I’ll come at 4am or 5am (I promise I won’t make noise) or to travel somewhere in NSW and be away for a week. I love playing soccer, watching movies, playing videogames, cooking and dancing. I can be friendly but also respect your privacy as I expect you to do it with me. Always open for a chat about any topic while having a glass of wine or a beer. Really clean and tidy, if I make a mess I’ll clean it and will treat a place like if it was mine.
I'm David, a 32 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of city type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (thankfully, that last one is a lie). I'm looking for a room anywhere between Parramatta, Padstow and Petersham, so if you have one available please let me know! Cheers, David.
Hello my future flatmate! I'm 27 yrs old professional working in accounting and also doing my masters at the moment. I'm very easy going but also very tidy, down-to-earth and looking for a like-minded people to live with. I want to get a dog (red toy poodle - very friendly, clever, don't shed) so looking for a pet friendly apartment. Cheers, Indre
