I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I understand that ones personal space and living environment needs to be respected. At the same time I am generally keen to hang out and have a beer/coffee and chat about anything. I am open to housemates having a couple of friends over as I would like to do at times too, it is as much your home as it is mine! :) I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer), basketball and American football, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
Friendly, tidy, easygoing person. I prefer to live in a quiet place, but I would also like to share a glass of wine or beer once a while. I am student of visual arts and in my free time I love to go to culture/art events, ride a cruiser, play ukulele, gym and will welcome if someone wants to join:)
Hey guys, I am a super easy going carefree guy. I know you must hear and see that a lot but it’s true. I am ridiculously clean and tidy and always clean up after myself immediately. Looking for any amount of people to live with. Just want somewhere clean and comfortable.
Your regular artsy veggo gal trying to make it in the big city. Moving from out west after getting a job in Randwick, I'm studying journalism and procrastinating by cooking big pots of food that I'll need help finishing, and probably take photos of you on film. The house will probably end up filled with houseplants and some funky framed prints from friends, and there will always be good coffee brewing on the stovetop :)

I'm moving from Brisbane to Sydney in October with my Little Pug. I'm getting a transfer with my current company to develop my career in the big city. I arrive in Sydney on the 6th of October and will be living at my sisters place until I find a place to live. I'm super chilled, responsible and very sociable so i'm always keen for a few beers! Luchita (the pug) is adorable you might want to steal her from me :). she's toilet trained and I'm happy for her to stay outside until i get home.
Hey I'm Ruth, I'm a young professional relocating from the beautiful Adelaide and I'm super keen to embrace living in Sydney! I am currently full time employed in Adelaide and have secured a full time employment opportunity in Sydney CBD working for a youth agency starting in October. This is a 12 month placement which may potentially lead to me living long term in Sydney (lets see if it grows on me!) I am an outdoorsy type and enjoy hiking and exploring. That said, there's nothing like a good book and a cup of tea to relax and recharge the batteries! I'm interested in travelling, getting involved and being part of a community, spending time with friend (or making new ones). I am interested in living with young professionals that respect each others privacy but enjoy socialising when the occasion calls for it as well. Not fussed on gender but I am allergic to cats (sorry!). I love trying new foods and am happy to share my cook ups on the weekend. Not fussed on if the room is furnished or not but would prefer bills included, internet is a requirement due to my work. I am looking forward to a new opportunity in a new city and would love to hear from you if you think you have a place to match me :) I am also planning a trip in the near future (mid September) so we can catch up and view the property together if you like. Thanks for taking the time to read the above! Ruth
I value manners, hygiene and respect privacy. I usually keep to myself unless something fun is happening. I like parties but not ay my house hehe. You'll never have to ask me for rent, I work full time. I love to cook, so you can taste my creations if you want :P You won't have to ask me to clean after myself cause I can't live in sticky, dusty place :/ If you laugh at my jokes I'll pay more rent. Also, the last sentence is a lie. But you should still laugh at my jokes ;P
Irish and kiwi couple, both tidy, social and easy going. Moving over from Dublin on September 19th we have our first 10 days sorted so looking for places start of October flexible with minimum lease lengths.

I'm clean, polite and am a very easy person to get along with. While I like spending time by myself I also enjoy sharing good conversation with others and am very easy going and affable. I'm respectful of other people's boundaries and am super flexible when it comes to things like shared spaces and the like. I'm a good communicator! If you have any questions for me feel free to get in touch c:
Looking for somewhere with a little bit of space, I love my cars so tinkering on them is my weekend hobby. I'm cheerful and handy, and can fix anything and everything. I play a couple of instruments so music is an enjoyable part of my life too. I'm pretty compact other than my tools so all g. I'm also not a party animal at all so just expect a freezer with ice cream and early nights in bed :)
From early/mid October I am looking to rent private room in shared apartment/house with flatmate who already has lease of the apartment/house at Kogarah/Rockdale/St.George area/Inner West area. I am also open to other areas of Sydney. I am mature, employed, clean, respectful and considerate of others,an honest person who you can trust and feel safe while sharing the place.
I work in inner west Sydney. Early mornings. Too old to be a party animal but don’t mind a beer. I am a serious and responsible man. Clean, tidy and easy going and bubbly to make friends.
Moving back to Sydney for work, I am a career women that is very ambitious. Easy going, enjoy the company of others that are like minded and also love my quite time as my work is very demanding. Respectful of others personal space, very clean and tidy.... Maybe a little too clean 😬 Love keeping fit and hit the gym 5 days a week, try to! My lifestyle is quite healthy, food prep weekly, exercise regularly and create a positive and warm home. Always happy to help in the kitchen and also cooking up a storm, enjoy experimenting with cake designs!! I think I have a sense of humour, music is my starter in the mornings and Netflix is my night cap. Can be quite social at times and equally love down time sharing stories over a glass of wine or a pot of tea. Please ask me any questions.... I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am relocating to Sydney some time in 3rd or 4th week of Sep 2018 and looking for a temporary accommodation for 2 or 3 months before finding a permanent place to bring my family later. I am clean, tidy, and fun loving individual. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins to CBD.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but my apartment is very old, so I'm looking for something new. About me: I work part-time for a security company which I'm hoping to change out of very soon. I'm in the final stretch of an arts degree at MQ uni and hope to get into various forms of performance and creative endeavours once I've completed it. I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and I'd love to get into acting, more dancing, writing and fashion design, amongst other things. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Female only (Max 2). Professional preferred, but also open to student. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly (I've love one but my lease doesn't allow it). Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for 6+ months decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long period of time). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath, less than 5 mins walk to the station and bus stop, quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins via transport to the CBD, city/park views, electric stove top, modern and spacious kitchen (preferably all white), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone to start a team up with as I've got a fairly exact idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and a flatmate to share with. I'm open to sharing with someone in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm not in any particular hurry at present to move out. I just want to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing anything else. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
Hello my name is Jessie. I am an international student who is really friendly, understanding and loves to have fun with new friends. I also like to keep my place tidy and clean. I'm sure you'll not be annoyed by me. If you have any listings that suit my profile please shoot me a message!
I am very easy going, clean and tidy. I work full time near Wynyard station and don't have a car, hence the need to live walking distance from a train station. I don't like bringing friends home, I rather socialise outdoors and have my down time at home. I respect privacy and I spend most weekends away from home. Also I am flexible with the moving date and would prefer to live closer to the city (40 mins max). Looking to live with one more female.
Considerate flatmate, busy with life, but enjoy relaxing at night with a bit of cooking and Netflix.
I am a 21 year old student from Germany and am coming to Sydney for 1 month during March 2019 for a internship in Canterbury Emergency Center. I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
