Hey there - I am Andrew, a 28yo Male who works in IT Consulting by day, typically 9-5 but varies depending on what project i'm on. I'm Into cars, board games, tech and youtube. Have lived in sharehousing before so i'm good in that regard :) Outside work I enjoy catching up with friends, social sports, the odd wine here and there and eating out with friends, some tv/youtube and a cheeky DotA game. Looking more for a 'homely vibe' and not just a place to stay. A place where we all have our own things going on, but also the odd catch up / wine and dinner is great.
I m working full time, easy to get along with, responsible and respectful of others privacy and space, like to keep it to myself but dont mind sharing meal now and than. I dont do heavy cooking, i am very clean and tidy person. I am shift worker, work sometime morning shifts, sometime after noon and overnight shifts. Please shoot me a message if u have a room or have any question. Thanks.
Hi, I'm a Australian female currently studying fulltime in allied health and work part-time work in natural health industry. Looking for somewhere long term close to Sydney but a single private room. I'm pretty quiet, chilled, peaceful and hate drama. Don't drink, smoke or take drugs. So Studying health I have a police check and a working with children check aswell. I would prefer to live in a all female household that is fine with my male friends to visit. Happy to live with a single mom , but no couples.
I am a precise reliable person, full time professional, discrete and social same time, low consume, low maintenance. I have many interests and spend most time in open door activity beside work. I am happy to find a good location - possibly Erskinville / Marrickville or innerwest in general, with nice honest clean people. I need a room for about 4-5 month flexible. Happy to provide any detail over the phone and in person. Thank you.
I'm considerate of those I share a space with, and expect the same in return. My bills are paid on time as well as doing my share to keep the place clean and tidy. My thoughts are that communication is the key to shared living. I have an active life outside the house however there is nothing better than to have quiet times at home.
Hi, I'm a software developer from Sydney. I'm pretty easy going and tidy, looking for people who are similar and easy to live with. I enjoy reading, listening to music and doing the yoga.
Hi. I am easy going and happy to just chill when not working out and working. I am looking for a place which permits small dogs inside, as I have a dog with a beautiful temperament. A house with another dog would be ideal, to keep my little one company whilst I am at work. Happy to also share with a stay at home person as my dog would love the company...he actually is not keen on being alone. For a further chat, please send me a message and we can arrange for a phone chat. Thx, Gina

I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a chat over a wine/coffee/tea or dinner :). I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have traveled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. I prefer to share in a female only and pet free household.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
Easy going, considerate of your privacy and space, and young at heart. I am on DSP for fibromyalgia, live a fairly healthy lifestyle and keep active as much as possible. I work part time as a pattern maker and dressmaker. I am also a reflexologist though haven't worked as one for a while. I'm looking for a house share or maybe start a team up with others of a similar age group ( 50+ ) for a happy and relaxed ( non-smoking ) home. I am fairly creative, love music, gardening ( + growing veggies ), reading, movies, art, science fiction and yoga. I also like to try and keep fit. Into recycling, etc. Would like to share with others who are considerate, easy going and happy to share chores. I have a 10 yr old indoor/outdoor housetrained female cat who has been trained to not hunt birds. She has happily lived with free-range chickens, a rabbit, possums , etc, and is ok with another cat that is used to sharing it's territory with other cats. Looking for a place almost anywhere inner west, and that has a garden suitable for a cat. My current lease expires the end of August. I hope to move anytime in September.

Experimenting with food. Cooking. Cleaning (not OCD) whilst listening to old skool jamz. I recently broke up with my GF after 5yrs. I’m looking to start over again, I’m looking for myself more to say. I hope you can consider Jordi and I to live in your humble home. All The Best, Sammy xx
I'm David, a 31 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of Inner-West type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (mercifully, that last one is a lie).
Easy going, respectful and clean housemate. I am a photographer/bartender with a Russian background. Just got back from overseas recently and looking for a new place in Sydney. I will be working part-time, full-time or more so plan on keeping busy :) Just looking for some other chilled and polite individuals to live with...
Hi ! I'm Cléa , a french student from Bordeaux coming to study in Sydney for one semester. I'm here to meet new people from around the world and share my hapiness with them. I am looking for a private room (preferably) or shared room. A quiet and cosy place with nice mates. I'm very friendly , cleany and tidy. I'm studying International Studies. I love cinema and drama.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but my apartment is very old, so I'm looking for something new. About me: I work part-time for a security company which I'm hoping to change out of very soon. I'm in the final stretch of an arts degree at MQ uni and hope to get into various forms of performance and creative endeavours once I've completed it. I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and I'd love to get into acting, more dancing, writing and fashion design, amongst other things. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Female only (Max 2). Professional preferred, but also open to student. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly (I've love one but my lease doesn't allow it). Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for 6+ months decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long period of time). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath, less than 5 mins walk to the station and bus stop, quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins via transport to the CBD, city/park views, electric stove top, modern and spacious kitchen (preferably all white), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone to start a team up with as I've got a fairly exact idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and a flatmate to share with. I'm open to sharing with someone in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm not in any particular hurry at present to move out. I just want to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing anything else. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
Considerate flatmate, busy with life and work but enjoy a bit of down time at night - cooking and a bit of netflix/reading.

I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...

Furnished room required, preferably english speaking with off street parking. I enjoy the outdoors, rock climbing, cooking and perhaps a relaxed beer on the weekend
I’m open minded, but at the same time will respect your privacy and need to de-compress. I keep to myself, but can be sociable. I’m quite busy with work, acting school, gym, yoga and my social life. I’m well-spoken, intelligent and very respectful of the need for personal space.
