My name is Alice. I work full time at Prince of Wales hospital in the pathology labs there. I'm proud to say I've always been on time with rent and I keep common areas clean. I'm quite friendly, bubbly and like to catch up with my housemates at the end of the day or cook a communal meal once in a while but I understand the concept of personal space as I quite like mine too. Some of my hobbies include; reading, creative writing, music (singing when nobody's home), swimming and dancing. I have a kitten named Evie, and she is adorable. She's litter trained and very well behaved. She gets along great with dogs and children as she currently lives with both. I would love to hear from you guys, Evie and I are very friendly :)
I'm a gay male vet moving to Sydney in late March for a 3y residency - really excited to explore the city and meet lots of new people. I'm an outdoorsy kind of guy, love hiking and camping, beach get aways, gardening, etc. Love pets. Also enjoy down time - drinks out, netflix, cooking, baking, reading, cinema. I've lived in a few different share houses in the last 8 years, in South Australia and Melbourne, and have made life long friends in the process. I'm single, and have no pets. I'm easy to get on with, clean, respectful, and would really like to find a warm, welcoming environment to live in.
Hi, I'm looking a short or long term room, ideally a relaxed, positive home with genuine people. Consider myself to be easygoing and considerate. I have full time job with an eCommerce company. Been share housing for a while and always pay my bills on time. My interests are cycling, travel, movies and live music. I'm from South America, but have lived in Australia for most of my life. I speak Spanish and am happy to help you practice :)
Let's begin by introducing my furry shadow: I have a 4 year old Jack Russel Terrier who loves everything and everyone that gives him a second of attention. He is very smart, toilet trained and knows how to play dead. Which is awesome. However he had a bad run in with a kitty when he was younger and is now terrified of cats, so if you have a cat in the house and dont want everything to turn into a warzone I suggest we better not try. I am originally from Germany but have been working and studying in Australia for 5 years. I work part time and study part time. I also should mention that I am a smoker. I don't smoke inside but outside, yes please.
Hi there, I am moving to Sydney in few weeks for work. Looking for place near city center, something nice that feels like home, not crazy expensive tho. Working in hospitality so most of the time won't be home. I am very easy going, love nature, gaming and sports in general.
Hi, a bit about myself…..I'm 35 years old, from Uk living in Sydney for the past 6 years. I work full time as a manager for a commercial plumbing company, which means i normally leave the house early in the morning, so no fighting over the bathroom! I enjoy rock climbing, Hiking, camping and generally being outdoors, and try to get out most weekends.
Hey guys, I'm 20, diesel mechanic, love working on bikes, cars, love having a good time with mates, great company to be around, get along with nearly everyone, enjoys a good bender, going out, loves going to the gym when I can, skating or BMX sesh, open minded and kicked back. I'm looking to move in with someone who's neat, respectful towards other people's property, someone who knows how to look after themselves as I am as well.
-I'm 27 and from Mumbai. I'm moving out of my home for the first time, so I'm pretty excited (and nervous). I'm a musician and a writer and I will be studying architectural acoustics for two years at USyd. Why you'd like me at your place: -I'm very concerned about hygiene, space, silence, and healthy eating. -I cook (Indian and Continental). -I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally and I do not do any drugs. -I will be working part time too so I will be out most days on weekdays.
My name is Mark, I'm a full time retail assistant who is also an inspiring actor and film director. When I'm not at work, most of my time will be spent working on an upcoming screenplay, scouting locations for a film shoot, or out having production meetings with my cast and crew. In my downtime, I enjoy going to the movies, having quiet nights at home, and playing console games. These kind of little things gives me inspiration for any future projects.
I am a full time teacher who works in the Shire. Love meeting new people, chillaxing on the weekends and exploring new places. I have been told that I am a good at baking things and love to cook for people. I am neat, tidy, clean and organised given the nature of my job. I am respectful and quiet but know how to have fun as well! I am currently looking to teaming up with one other for a new villa style granny flat in Earlwood. Do contact me for more information if you are interested.
I'm 25, a student at UTS and working part time as an animator. I draw a lot outdoors and love to watch and talk about movies/tv. I spend most of my time away working and mostly keep to myself at home, but I'm a very friendly and respectful guy. I'm very tidy, and do my best not to disturb people with noise or mess.
My name is Elizabeth, Im 23 years old and next year I will be working full time as a Midwife at Canterbury Hospital ( I start in feb).My interests include tea, birds,SUCCULENTS, indoor plants, baths, kimonos, adult colouring in books and napping ( and of course Midwifery). Im an easy going, clean and friendly person who has experience in the shair house department. I put the bins out on time and always clean my frequently shedding hair up :) I would prefere somewhere to call a home with friendly people who interact with one another ( e.g weekly dinners ) rather than just a place to sleep. I have a small hand raised bird called Horus who lives in my room,he is no trouble at all and just hangs out with me when I get home from work, he also enjoys pats, granny smith apple (specifically) and rice. I am from Newcastle and am moving to Sydney for my 12 month contract, my partner is staying in Newcastle so I will most likely go home on some of my days off. Please feel free to contact me if I sound like your ideal room mate :) kind regards Elizabeth Thompson
Basically I'm respectful and hence expect to be respected in return. I have an active social life that involves going out with friends, going to the gym, doing yoga and am involved in three local volunteering organisations, being on the board of two of them. Hence, I am not a home body but when I am, I like to feel that I can be at home with having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and feel comfortable in doing so. I always pay my bills way before they are due, as well as keep a clean and tidy space, especially common areas. I expect my flatmate(s) to do the same, and for me, an important aspect of sharing a place is to keep the lines of communication open.
Hi, I am an international Student from Nepal doing my Masters at Central Queensland University (Sydney Campus). Currently, I am sleeping in my cousins' lounge and it's been 3 months since I have been doing so. And now I am ready to move out of there. I am a neat person and take care of my things properly. I also don't make a lot of mess and even when I do I always clean up.
I'm clean, easy-going, friendly and nice italian girl. I've lived in Sydney for the past year and I work as a florist. I'm looking for clean and friendly flatmates to live with. I would like a house with a little garden (if possible) and very quite as well.
I am a master's student at UTS. Cool , easygoing and jovial person. Looking for a clean and nice house to call it my humble abode. I am from Bangalore, India. Have spent quite sometime close to 6 months in Australia now.
Hi, I am a 30 year old, female, independent, professional, who is seeking accommodation for the next 6-9months. Lease is ending in January so happy to move from late Dec. I have a large black mastiff dog, desexed, obedient, who is super friendly and loves to be around people. Strictly outside. So I need a place that will cater for him which has a secure backyard. About me - I'm a shift work who respects ones need for privacy and peace. Equally, friendly and enjoys the company of others, as well as a drink. Clean and tidy is a must! I have plenty of furniture, so I'm seeking an unfurnished bedroom. Look forward to hearing from like minded people🙂 Thanks.
i am an easy going type of person, can share a meal or do my own thing, i like to leave common areas clean. Im relatively quiet most of the time but allways up for a chat. I work full time. I may be getting older in age but still am active.
We are 2 great guys looking for a 3+ bedroom place with 1-2 others around Marrickville, inner west or border-line innerwest suburbs, as our current house is disbanding. We both work and study. Evan is a masters student, known as a walking encyclopaedia and has a great sense of humour. Sean is a law student, an awesome cook and has a chilled out cat called 'Ollie'. We're both easy going, considerate and great to chat to. Budget-wise our upper limit is $200-215 each per week (currently paying $235 each). Please get in touch.
I am a 25 year-old fulltime English teacher at a language school in the city. I am reasonably quiet (it takes me a while to get out of my shell) but can be quite fun and lively once I get to know people. I occasionally like to muck around on the piano (they come with headphones don't worry!) and sing a bit (only when no one is in the house!). I enjoy a drink and every now and then but would probably prefer a cafe date with friends rather than huge nights out every Friday (Don't be surprised if you find me on a Fri night with a good movie or book or engrossed with some good music with my beloved headphones on). I am not a huge cook but will sometimes prepare Asian food. I enjoy a neat & organized environment and am also obsessively on time with payments and rent. I am also quite adept at making groan-worthy dad jokes! Thankyou Chamberlain Zhang
My names Luke I am positive, bubbly and have great communication skills. Waiting on my own property to become available. Recently returned from a 3 year stint in Cairns. Looking for a furnished room close to the airport. I am a shift worker. Neat and tidy.
Looking for a place before 14 March 2017 - get in touch!!! I came to Australia as a backpacker over 7 years ago now and I am originally from Germany. In the meantime, I have lived in WA, NT and have become an Australian citizen. I work full-time in hospitality and study Holistic Nutrition at Nature Care College at the moment. I am interested in anything food and nutrition, have recently become a vegetarian (my flatmates can eat whatever they like though... :-) ) and try to live a rather balanced life. I visit the gym in my free time, love to go for walks and do yoga and meditation at home. I am social but not after living in a party house. I respect other people's space and go with the flow. If you are a full on introvert I will totally respect that. If you like to chat, I am up for it. I have a 4 year old medium-sized puppy who likes cuddles and playtime. He likes other dogs but - same as with us humans - not everyone, so if there would be another dog they have to meet each other first... He requires a yard and some decent outdoor space for himself. Otherwise he is very easy going and not much trouble. I actually would love to find a place with another dog so that he has a mate again since he grew up with other dogs and misses them very much. I would like to find an existing share-house anywhere near Ashfield (I work there) or along the train line towards Ashfield. I don't have a car and walk/ride to work or take public transport. If all of this sounds appealing to you, don't wait and get in contact with me!
We are a friendly couple from Vietnam who are working full-time in IT and Education. We are looking for a studio/1 bedroom unit to regularly enjoy our quiet time together, cooking our favourite dishes and watching our favourite shows. We don't drink nor do we throw any parties.
Hello Future Housemates! Happy New Year! With the new year comes a new years resolution and for me that is to find a new awesome group of housemates i can call my family. A little about myself, my name is Jess and i am a 23 year old psychology student studying at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I would like to say im an energetic, bubbly person who is always up for a good chat, a drink or two maybe a party but i also love the quiet peaceful life with time to myself as well. Hobbies include exploring, eating, cooking, reading, surfing the internet just to name a few. I have lived in previous sharehouses so i know what the share house life is like, i am generally very quiet, neat as a pin unless its my own room where i may leave the odd item of clothing on the floor, and will definately not mind doing split chores.I am also the mother to the most awesome little fluff ball. Holly is my 7 year old pomeranian and she is honestly the friendliest dog you will ever meet! she loves nothing more then pets and cuddles and i hope she steals your heart like shes stolen mine! I am also the mother to three adorable little bunnies, Thumper, Marbles and Miso, they love nothing more then a good carrot or mostly they keep to themselves anyway. I know this might sound a lot but the rabbits are more then happy in a play pen confined to my room so you would never know that they are there. Holly free roams generally indoors so having housemates that are animal lovers that won't mind a dog roaming around indoors is a must! I know this is probably almost impossible to find anywhere but i believe in miracles and hope there is a place out there for me! If you know of anywhere suitable please don't hesistate to contact me! I hope to meet you soon my future housemate family! Jess

I'm a Arts/Law Student at USYD, currently living at home but looking to move out around April when my family's current lease runs out. I study three days a week, work retail part-time and am also looking for a night job a couple of nights a week so I keep pretty busy, but I love relaxing at home or going out with friends whenever I get the chance! I don't smoke, I like to cook, and I come with a flatscreen and a Netflix password :) I would love to live with someone friendly and clean who would be down for movie nights or drinks but also likes their own space occasionally, just like I do :)
I'm a canadian geologist and have been working and studying australia. I'm very easy going and laid back and Happy to help out with chores. I am not a partier but love a little social atmosphere within my house where house mates might have a family meal or go out for a drink once in awhile. I love cats so I'm looking for a cat friendly place. I would ideally like to live with no more than 3-4 people in the house. I have quite a few things so looking for a place that has space for extra storage. I also require flexibility in terms of length of stay. I am not picky whether the room is furnished or not. If its not furnished the room need to have a built in robe and be large enought to fit a queen bed. I do have a car so parking is a must .
I am from Turkey and 28 years old guy. I am a postgraduate student in Sydney. looking for house where I can find friendly people.
I'm an easy to get along male student currently studying at Sydney CBD. I won't mind sharing the house with other people regardless their routines, habits or beliefs. I also won't be at home most time of the day because I will be at the university to study and work. I am a musician, I have musical instruments but never play at home. I only play for live shows or rehearsals outside of the house. The only thing I need: one parking slot, does not matter whether it's a street parking. But I need one. I will not accept a shared house without a parking slot for my car. Price is very much negotiable. So please contact me with no hesitation.
