I have a cat, she is also the above (except for owning furnishings but to make up for that she winks for her cat treats). ;) its true! I am a photographer and photography lecturer at UTS, I freelance and spend time at my studio when I can.
I'm looking for a share house to move into long term. I've lived in a few different share houses over the past few years, I've met a lot of interesting people this way and I hope to meet some more. I work full time so I'm pretty busy Monday to Friday, on weekends I enjoy getting outdoors and also sinking a few beers. I'm looking for a place with an easy going atmosphere and friendly housemates.
I work full time, usually during the day but sometimes the night shift. I'm clean, tidy and easygoing, I like keeping fit and eating well and enjoy chill nights at home cooking, watching movies and talking as well as going out and dancing all night. I go away fairly often but when I'm around I'm pretty social, would love to get to know my housemates although like most people I need alone time sometimes. I'm learning Spanish and I quite like some Latin dance and music, and I love meeting new people and trying new things. Also interested in having a more environmentally sustainable house. Would particularly like to team up with 2-4 other friendly and interesting people to find a great home for the rest of the year.
Very sensible, clean and quiet male looking for a place in Sydney to start a career. Originally from a friendly quiet town near Port Macquarie. Generally keep to myself, but would be happy to have a chat every now and then. Not a party person (don't smoke, drink or do drugs). Happy to help with cleaning and maintenance. Can also help with cooking and meal preparation. Currently unemployed but looking for full time work. Have money saved up to help me set up in Sydney and pay expenses until I find employment. I rented in Melbourne during 2016 while completing a diploma in IT.
I was born in Hong Kong, now working as an IT person in Wynyard. I enjoy small live music scenes, with classical and folk being my favourite genre. At the moment Marrickville is my favourite suburb for that, within close commute to my work. I love music and literature. During my down time I shut myself in my room to read, play video games or enjoy some deep, sombre music, like your typical introverts. Two months ago I started learning piano, and I intend to dive deeper into music making. I travel quite often for both work and leisure, overseas and interstate. I have a bicycle that I would like to utilise more to improve my cycling and get around the Sydney surrounds more freely. I prefer en suite private bedroom. Happy to share everything else including kitchen and laundry. I have a collection of positive Airbnb reviews if you're interested in my level of hygiene. At the moment I'm living in a studio apartment with my own furnishing, including a double bed. So I can contribute some furnitures for unfurnished places. Happy to give stuff away too. My move date is flexible during the month of May.
My name is Sarah, I am 26 years old professional working full time in CBD. Am currently looking for a studio or a 1 bd, preferably furnished, to move in/around 20 April. Ideally I am looking for a unit that has a safe place to park my car, too. I am very tidy, responsible and friendly and am looking for a lovely house where I am not just a room filler but a friend. Will respect everybody's space, while also being social at times! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am a young French of 23 years, very easy to live with. I arrive in Sydney on may 3, but I have a friend who is currently in Sydney and who can pay my three-week deposit to guarantee me the rental. I am very calm, simple and clean, it is not a problem for me to participate in household tasks. I like practice basketball and read some books. I am also very open minded and I really love to learn from others, especially from people who have different culture than me.
Moved to Sydney from Melbourne 10 months ago to work full time in the events industry. Looking to share a place with preferably 1 or 2 others who are clean & tidy, respect other peoples privacy but willing to have a chat.
Hi all, I work full-time as a Product Designer for a consultancy based in Sydney. I'd describe myself as a quiet but social easy going guy whose respectful of others space and above all house trained, as I've lived in share accomodation for over 3 years. I like staying fit and enjoy a social drink over the weekend with mates but on occasion I'll stay in and chill with a movie and good music. I like to share with like-minded people, so if you'd like to know anything more drop me a line! Cheers, Josh
We are a couple looking for an apartment/room to rent close to university of Sydney. We are from Europe (Norway/France) so if you would like to learn some new languages we can help :) . We are in our mid to late twenties, and will be studying at university of Sydney while also working. As persons, we are social respectful, very tidy and like to live with others. We were already sharing a flat in the previous city we lived in. Our interests are hiking, sports, movies and we do love to cook, therefore we are not afraid of inviting our flatmates for a dinner or two. Our finances are in order, we have never missed a payment and we have references to prove this. The renting period will be up to a year but possibly longer.
Im technically permanent part time but i work full time hours pretty much always as where i work the demand of online orders fluctuates so they don't actually employ people as full timers. You can see on my payslips that i make enough weekly. I am looking for a self contained studio not a room in a house.
Im very clean, tidy, friendly and helpful. I respect peoples houses as i used to rent a room in my place. Im into sport, video production/editing, bit of wine and relaxing. I enjoy weekends with my daughter, going to movies, sports events etc.
Hi, I'm a 23 YO french guy looking for a room. I have a job in Bankstown (as a welder), I'm working full time from 6am to 2:30pm. I like to draw and paint, I play the drums and some guitar (no worries I don't have my own drumset with me). I'm an introvert but I can enjoy some social time around a coffee, a pizza or a movie.
I like to relax after work and to have a peaceful place to call home, like to do a bit of cooking and also like to eat out, i am sociable and i also like my own space and respect that of others to. Not looking for a party place but dont mind having a beer now and then, i am clean and tidy and respectful
I am a full time teacher who works in the Shire. Love meeting new people, chillaxing on the weekends and exploring new places. I have been told that I am a good at baking things and love to cook for people. I am neat, tidy, clean and organised given the nature of my job. I am respectful and quiet but know how to have fun as well!
