Hey :) Ive recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand late August, and i'm on the hunt to find a new flat closer to work! I'm 24 years old, and I'm a full-time paramedic intern working in Liverpool I'm a bubbly dude, outgoing, enthusiastic, respectful, friendly, and easy to get along with. Would be awesome to find a flat in which I don't feel like a ghost and can call "home" I've just been flatting in Lilyfield, and will have no issue paying rent on time, being tidy, clean, and considerate of other peoples privacy and space, i'm pretty laidback overall Preferably, looking for a flat with people who are students and/or working professionals. I'm working full time, with a 4 day on 5 day off shift work roster with 6am starts so you won't see me much. Additionaly i'm quite into me health and fitness, so the gym becomes my second home. I have a car, so a carport or off street parking nearby would be convenient. Otherwise I don't mind walking down a few mins to get to my car, its no Ferrari lol If a place is near the suburbs I've listed I'll consider it! Thanks for reading :)
Hi I'm Peter, a 40+ professional working man looking for some clean relatively modern accommodation and will be in Sydney until mid next year all being well. I'm respectful, quiet, tidy & friendly, I love the fresh air, on the weekends I'll be out cycling or exploring what the city and surroundings have to offer.
Originally from Adelaide, I moved to Sydney for work about 8 years ago. I am a Commercial Manager for a construction company. My wife is moving back to Adelaide and we’ll be doing a distance relationship while I continue to work in Sydney and she sets up a job in Adelaide. I’m vegetarian, quiet and generally keep to myself and work long hours. So basically I should be a very easy flat mate! Also, I am a non-smoker and am looking for a place with other non-smokers.
I am looking for a place near CBD or at least a train ride to city. Want to consider a place within a budget of $190-$260 PW for a private room and $250 -$300 PW for a studio/unit. I am willing to stay for a minimum of 6months or longer. Please bear in mind that I am required to give four weeks notice to my current tenant. I am a very easy going person. I love getting along and making new friends. I have been Living in share houses for past two and a half years. I am a working professional in an event/conference production organisation. I like keeping the the house neat tidy and will really appreciate a shared responsibility with my housemates. I love bing watching Netflix on weekends and like having occasional drinks. I am a non smoker. I don’t mind occasional parties in the house but will appreciate if they don’t happen very often. Also, my partner (non smoker as well) will be visiting me from Canberra occasionally and he will definitely respect your privacy and space, I can promise you no dramas or inconvenience at all. As for being able to pay rent on time I have a good rental payment history and can show if required.
Hi all, I'm looking for a room in a house in Sydney where I can stay for at least 6 months. I'm from Melbourne, and have been living in Sydney for a few months now, but my work contracts up until now have been very short and its been difficult to plan for the future. Now my contract goes until the end of February 2020, so I'm keen to find somewhere I can move in some more stuff so it can feel a bit more home-y. If your room already has a bed and a small amount of furniture though, that would definitely be a plus. I work full-time at the National Archives of Australia's Sydney branch working with their audio-visual data. I really enjoy it most of the time; I think I find working with data more interesting than most others would haha. But I'm also a big creative; I studied musical theatre for 3 years, and have a cabaret to my name that I'm planning to bring to a festival in Sydney next year. As for where I'm looking to move to, I either want to stay close to the city on the T3 line so I can commute via train (around Marrickville, Earlwood, Campsie, Canterbury) OR very close to work to so I can either walk or catch the M91 bus there (Parramatta, Chester Hill, Granville, Sefton, Yagoona). [PLEASE don't message me unless you live in or next to one of these areas]. I usually keep to myself at home but I enjoy a good chat with the people I live with. I'm friendly, polite and have several years experience living in sharehouses in Melbourne. Hope to hear from you. Cheers!
Me and my friend Leon are looking for a home in Sydney. I will be travelling to Sydney for a 6 months internship at Krones Pacific (in Silverwater). I am a person who is easy to live with because I am really open to new people. I like cooking and at home in Germany I was also living a lot of the time by myself so I know how it works. My friend Leon is pretty much the same as me. He will be working in Rosebery, so we are looking for a accommodation where we can both reach our work easily. We both already got our employment contract. I will arrive on the 23rd of October in Sydney and will start working at the 28th of October.
Hi! My name is Jeremy and I am 28 years old. I work as a Graphic Designer in Sydney while studying Social Media Marketing. Since I’m pretty busy I am looking for a nice and quiet place to call home. A little bit about me: I try to live a healthy lifestyle, I like to eat well and cook for myself, and do some fitness when I can. I am very tidy and clean, chill and easy going. I enjoy having some time for myself to study, relax, or just go out, but I am always down for a chat over a glass of wine or having a good laugh. I am very optimistic my new place will have some nice flatmates I can have some good times with, and if there is a pet that’s even better :) Ideally for me would be to be able to move in mid-October for long term but I can be flexible. See you soon!

If needed, I allready have a fridge, microwave and a washing machine and lots of other items such as pots and pans that can benefit my potential flatmates. My food intake mainly consists western based dishes. Salad is a must! Love going to the beach and Gym! I clean after myself if needed I have a reliable car.
