I live in Earlwood, have done for 20 years, and work mon-fri, locally at the same business for over ten years. This work takes me east, west, north, south of the Sydney region, and the CBD.
Would prefer to stay local. Move in date is flexible as I'm not in a hurry at this stage, but would like to find a suitable place between now and xmas.
Preferably a place with a fenced backyard for two outside dogs. On street parking for the work truck is fine. Might invest in another motorbike at some stage.
I'm adaptable, responsible, clean and tidy, communicative, mature, enjoy a quiet life, happy to maintain the yard, and the household. Wouldnt call myself an extravert, yet not an introvert. Non smoker. Curious, love documentaries and getting out and about exploring. Obviously not into chatgpt. 😺
