I'm a kiwi who loves to be active and meet new people. I am a 'yes' man and enjoy going on adventures so I don't tend to be around the house much. I am very much a social critter so I certainly enjoy good company and appreciate good chat. I am Christian. This is very important to me and I like to think that this represents my personal values. I am respectful of space, all kinds of people and their things. I prefer cleanliness! I work as a Physiotherapist in Earlwood and I prefer to bike to work hence why location is another important factor for me. Need a place sooner rather than later. Hit me up if you think your place is dope enough to be checked out :)
Hi I’m Tahli. I'm 26 years old and I am currently living in Rockdale. At the moment I'm looking for a potential room that is in Rockdale or nearby. I work Part Time as a night fill team member for Coles. I work between 6pm and 3am (I get home at 2am usually). I will also be starting a second job soon during the day. I would describe myself as gentle and kind. I like to socialise with people but also like my own space. I am respectful, quiet, clean and a responsible person. I am a non-smoker (it doesn’t bother me if anyone else smokes in a household). I only drink socially. I always respect everyone’s privacy and space. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own room, stable and I can stay long term, located in Rockdale or close by, close to public transport (I need to live close to the Night Ride Bus route). I would like to also find a place where it is okay for me to have my boyfriend over of a weekend (he's very quiet and respectful). I'm a friendly person who is willing to chat about any potential rooms available.
Our lease ends on 20th March and we don’t want to renew/take a new lease as we will be leaving Sydney around August (not confirmed) and don’t want to have the stress of breaking lease. We both work in Mascot so looking to stay in Maroubra, Mascot ,Randwick ,Coogee kind of area. Maroubra would be first preference, closer to a park the better. We need a pet friendly house as we have a small 3 year old Kelpie, he’s super friendly and gets on with other dogs. So if you have your own dog who wants a friend that would be good. He spends most of the time in the garden but he must be allowed in at least some part of the house when we are home. He sleeps outside in his kennel usually. We also have a 3 bedroom place at the moment and all the furniture is ours so we can have a furnished or unfurnished room as we will sell what we don’t need. Dates are flexible by a few weeks as we are house/dog sitting for our friend in the first week of April . Please PM me if you have or know of anything . Worst case we will get a new lease but would prefer not to have the hassle so just seeing whats out there first. We are very clean, almost a big OCD and love to be social at the weekends, however during the week we both get up at 5am for work so we are looking for a mature household where we can become friendly with our housemates but still respect each other privacy.
We're a clean, friendly and quiet couple We work monday to friday and we're looking a good place for share or rent long term.
Looking for 1 flatmate to teamup .I am an Indian professional working as business Analyst in Sydney CBD area. I have been living in Sydney for more that 4 years. I am vegetarian, clean ,friendly, reliable and easy to mingle person.
Hi, I would like to join you in a spacious house. I can afford $300 per head $40 per week on utilities like gas. Could It be an impressive place. A huge open-plan house, even a stone's throw from the beaches of Coogee and Yarra. Can I afford the place? An air-conditioner could be good. In the sweltering summer heat a swimming pool or at the very least, driving distance to the beach, would be a cause for renting outright. A huge garage can mean parking for a car in the future. Let us meet at the Canary’s in Rosebery. We could grab a vegan meal or one of those "grown cultured meat". I will pay for it if we all agree. Thanks. Suchit

Hi Nice to meet you, I'm an IT professional from Hong Kong and is coming to work in Sydney, will need a short term accommodation for 4 months. I'm a tidy, clean and respectful person, dad of a 1 yr old boy (dun worry my baby is not coming with me :D). May need to cook for dinners but probably only use my own rice cooker so you won't even notice that I used your kitchen. Only consider places within walking distance to train station as I will heavily rely on trains. Will want to explore around Sydney when I don't need to work. fb: https://www.facebook.com/ryan.tsui linkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryan-tsui-17b92972/
I will be working full time as a senior recruitment consultant. I am moving from Broken Hill to start new job and make a new life. My two small dogs, Lulu and Izzy are a big part of this new journey and we would love a welcoming, friendly, supportive place to stay for a few months. The three of us are very well house trained, quiet, caring, considerate and fun to be around. Lulu and Izzy are very well house trained, do not bark, do not shed dog hair and they take very good care of themselves. I am clean, tidy, non smoker, respectable, quiet yet sociable and not into wild party nights. I am a very good cook and enjoy making meals for others. In my spare time I like to go for a run, walk Lulu and Izzy, visit friends, coffee shops, reading and all sorts of music. I am British, so I have a very good sense of humour 😊

I'm Sharon. My background is Indian. I'm friendly, flexible and fun loving. I recently finished my exams. I love learning and experiencing new stuffs. I like to watch anime and movies, and play game to relax.
I am looking to relocate to a new home. I lead a healthy and active lifestyle, not a party person or smoker, and am a clean, considerate individual. Definitely up for chilling and watching movies or just hanging out. I have experience of living with others as I lived in a share house for my time at university and when I initially moved to Sydney. I'm looking to share with a couple or one or two females who are clean, social, and hopefully live the same lifestyle as me. If you're interested in living with me, don't hesitate to send me a message :) Also, the dog doesn't come with me! She's just there for attraction purposes :)
**Max budget $350/bills included** **Arriving in Australia March 5th** I will be moving to Sydney and working full time so I am looking for a place close to the CBD, if possible, but willing to look at surrounding areas (under 40 minutes commute time). My current budget is a max of $350/pw with bills included. On a more personal level... I am a graphic designer and marketer from Costa Rica. I love traveling, eating out (enjoy trying new dishes from other cultures), enjoy a glass of wine and a movie after work. I am expecting to have a very busy life during the week so definitely looking for a quiet place. I am very organized and tidy... Like to keep things clean and will be able to help in the house as needed. I have been to Australia a few times in holidays so looking forward to moving permanently. Happy to get in contact with anyone via phone or video call to get to know each other before I arrive.
