Looking to move Chatswood/Epping/Killara and surrounding areas mid March :)

Hey! I'm 27, from Perth, working in administration, as well as some freelancing in photography and horses.

As the eldest of five and a Virgo (if star signs are your type of thing), I'm responsible, neat and tidy, and very organised. I'm a people person but love a bit of downtime at home. Happy for dinner parties but not raves!

Likes:
- cryptic crosswords, reading, defeating my grandmother at online Scrabble
- watching just about any type of sport
- tea and coffee and brunch spots
- animals and the outdoors
- white wine and blue cheese
- casual chats over dinner

Dislikes:
- party houses
- dishes left in sink for days or overflowing bins
- sardines lol

I have a car but on street parking nearby is fine. I do a lot of evening and weekend freelance and casual work in addition to my full time role so actually won't be home that much! Flexible on furnishings. Budget of up to 400pw including bills

Looking for somewhere safe and quiet, with up to two flatmates. I would prefer someone who owns or privately rents a place as opposed to a large agency renting individual rooms. I love animals so don't mind if you have a pet (as long as you don't mind me trying to hog all the pats).
