Looking for a room to rent with eccentric people alike 😊

hii my name is Bethan (pronounced like Bethany but without the y) and I turned 24 in May!

My budget is $250-$300 bills inc with the hopes of staying long term, more than a year if it pans out. Preferably around 10km on the out skirts of the city but I’m not opposed to a fresh start somewhere else if it feels right, my lease has ended so I am available to move asap.

I am a very independent, creative, girly girl. you will always see me in pink and doing something arty! I adore cooking so if house dinners are your thing I’d love nothing more than to spread my love and skills around to cook for everyone :)) I’m also happy to cook along any dietary requirements! I love a good challenge 😼 I’m a meat eater myself but love vegan and vegetarian food just as much.
I love meeting new people so I find myself settling in around new company rather quickly. You will often see me dancing, engaging in one of my many creative hobbies, cooking or working out. I am pretty much down for anything fun and liberating but I never turn down an opportunity to rest and enjoy some peace either. I aim for balance 🩷

I’m a huge lover of cats so if you have one, bonus!! Or any animals! I don’t have any pets myself though. I love a decorated space filled with character, vision and love! The same way I love my people. Genuine, authentic and quirky!
Also I’m all for everything idgaf what you do if ur queer, a Sxworker, 420 friendly (I smoke a j here and there) or none as long as you’re kind and we get along! Live for you 😊

I am a self employed artist until i've relocated for work too. I have years of work experience so finding jobs in the past hasn’t been hard.
Rent and bills are always a priority, I have never missed a payment. I take pride in having a tidy home so I’ll never leave my space or your home messy. i'm just looking for a place to call home, heal and be my self without judgment. I value my alone time but like to surround myself with likeminded individuals.
