Hi there, I'm Simone. I'm creative, quiet, tidy and respectful woman looking for a more peaceful locale that I can call home. I am tidy and respectful of other people's space, fastidious about paying rent on time and a good communicator. I would prefer my own space, a granny flat or studio but share may work with another mature woman.
