Hi there. I am looking for a room or studio to rent.

I have my own business, so the ability to WFH is important to me! But also intend to get some part time work in the area for community/connection.

I am considerate, down to earth and positive. I enjoy peoples company and good open-minded conversation - but I very much need and value my own space to wind down and relax daily too. Outside work I love pilates, soaking up the sun at the beach and all things beauty and wellbeing.
