My name is Monica, and I’m looking for a safe and peaceful place to call home.
I currently live in Wollongong and work as a disability support worker. I’m relocating to Lismore on or after 18 December 2025 as I’ve enrolled in the Master of Nursing program at Southern Cross University, starting in January 2026. I have arranged work as an AIN and DSW in the Casino, Byron Bay, Ballina, and Alstonvale regions, so most days I’ll either be at work or at uni.
I’m in my mid-20s—friendly, kind-hearted, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m responsible, keep my space clean and organised, and am always considerate of the people I live with. I’m also a non-smoker.
I enjoy socialising and spending time in nature—whether it’s hiking, sightseeing, beach dips or long walks. I love some quiet downtime with movies or board-game nights. I also value personal space.
I have three years and six months of rental history. I pay rent and bills on time.
