Moving to Sydney in late February / early March from Melbourne

Looking for someone to share a place / find a sharehouse with people who are easy going and work focused

Bit about me:
- co-run an agency, moving up to Sydney to expand our office
- love going to the gym, hiking, exploring, and climbing
- play nerdy card games with my mates, enjoy the occaisional night out, and soaking up the sun at the beach
- plant-based. You don't have to be, but mutual respect is a must
- will be bringing a record player and air fryer with me, what more could you ask for!

You are preferably:
- respectful of people around you and your space
- easy to get along with
- work focused (not interested in a party house)
- a non smoker, or at least respectful about it

Ideal location is:
- somewhere close to an Aldi and a gym
- relatively close to Sydney CBD (my office will be in Surrey Hills area). 30-40mins by PT is acceptable
- relatively modern
