Hey Future flat mates,

My name is topaz. I’m working on expanding my business and recently moved to the GC. I’m looking for a large room or spacious master bedroom to fit a desk set up & room for me to grow. Looking for a spot preferably by the ocean, water or nature 🌊 Moved here to try and set up a base now I’m looking to cement one. Happy to go on lease for 6 months minimum to secure the space. ☺️

** The dog isn’t mine, but I tend to fall in love with people’s pets and spoil them like my own 🙏🏽

** Open to teaming up with someone to rent out a property for more space with an office and/or chill out deck space. Let me know if anyone is of interest.

The vibe: I like the idea of laid back preferably with a male or chill dynamic that respects cleanliness, a happy household & goal progress.

• I work as a tutor / coach and have my own business platform. I also study. (I work from home some days) looking for a space that is chill & calm.

• I train 4-5 days per week, and love the outdoors

• I am easy going, clean, friendly, not bothered by much. I keep to myself but am always warm and welcoming to chat when the time approaches

• I like some down time to work on study etc so I am often quiet but I am an extrovert so I can be bubbly too

• I love meal prepping to keep my weeks organised and don’t cook every night. This keeps my weeks easy and me on track.

• Sometimes you might find me outside soaking in the sun 🧘‍♀️ But don’t mind me 🔆 I’m a wellness girly.

• I usually fit in with dynamics and people well, because I mesh into surroundings and keep to myself too

• Somewhere that feels warm, calm, inviting, good vibes, happy and relaxing.
