My time is spent working part time for my Brothers company and other is working on my own business in partnership with my business partner. I dont like party houses as I love my peace and quiet. I am not a TV person, but on the occasion I may watch something.
Hi everyone. I'm requiring to seek a long-term rental with JUST ONE OTHER. That is, taking out a lease on a rental property. Or if you are an owner and my listing resonates with you, and you have room for my stuff, that's fine by me too. It seems no one else here is in as dire a situation as I am. I've tried my tushy off to change the tide, and clearly this has put me in the most threatened bracket of 'new' homeless, being 60 and female. My personal info states that I work part-time, however, due to a shoulder injury I'm unable to work my usual job, so now I have to rely on finding work in my own business (TheTenantsFriend, whereby I do entry condition reports for those who don't have the time to do it for themselves, or can't for one reason or another), and because I'm just starting up this business again after a hiatus, the going might be a bit slow ....meantime I rely on pension concession. I have some of my own furniture, mostly lounge, and my bedroom suite, dining suite (4-seater). I have a washing machine but recently sold my fridge. I have a lot of kitchen items and personal stuff, laundry, bathroom etc, so sharing a lease with someone is my best personal option. I also want garage space for my car. I'm a good conversationalist, good listener, but I also keep to myself and number honesty and integrity among my best qualities. I have a dear old puddy-tat, who is currently being looked after by someone else because I couldn't have him where I was, but I have seen myself recently living on my cat-sitter's sofa bed because she discovered I was sleeping in my car. She has 5 other kitties and they share the space with me at night. I'm in the midst of applying for public housing, in a decent area....I hope. I don't smoke or take drugs but I like an occasional drink, usually low alcohol wine. I also of mindful of others and expect the same. Electricity is used frugally (low wattage or energy saving bulbs), and what isn't getting used is turned off. I don't like to have anything on standby power.
Any offers above the listed budget will be ignored. Hi there, I’m from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying at TAFE Ashmore until end of 2019, but will start full time job after that. I'm looking for a place that is motorcycle rider friendly. I study three days a week and have a part time job on other days. Other than that, I go for a motorcycle road trip somewhere if there’s time and good weather. I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Am not a night life, party person. But will go out with friends once a couple months. I do my own cooking, usually breakfast and dinner, lunch maybe once in awhile. I don't mind a small room, single bed, medium wardrobe. But will need a decent wifi, a proper desk, ceiling fan (can’t sleep well with floor fan) and place to park my bike. Will appreciate if it is living with owner/landlord condition as I have a pretty bad experience with leased houses. Thanks.
Hey, I'm a 23 year old from the Sunshine Coast looking for a place to live on the Gold Coast. I'm starting study full time at Griffith so would be good to find a place with other students. I'm quite active and love to be outdoors or down the beach. Looking to find others who have similar interests :)
Private, polite, clean (constantly cleaning house), approachable (ok to talk to), reliable (always pays rent), honest (not a thief), good sharer (always sharing stuff), house proud (I pick up rubbish off the front lawn), happy to talk to the door-knockers as the household rep.
My partner and I are originally from New Zealand and are moving to Australia to work full time. We are friendly, tidy, sociable and easy going. On our days off we either like to chill, watch movies, dine out to restaurants, or go out on a few adventures. We are looking to move in late April. Thanks!
I’m clean and tidy, love a good chat and a coffee, pretty down to earth and chill. Looking for somewhere to settle for a while as I’ve been travelling about a bit for a while! Originally from England I can offer quite a sarcastic sense of humour but love a good laugh! I like to cook and bake regularly so that’ll be advantageous for everyone.
Hey there Thank you for considering me! I am looking for a long term space, to move into ASAP with my cute little kitty. I'm currently running my own business part time and working in sales part time to support my business even more. I love the idea of a healthy life in all aspects (physical, mental, spiritual, connecting with others.. etc) and having as much of that energy around me as possible for myself and others. I teach yoga and meditation as well as other complimentary therapies in the holistic world, I like to think of myself as a happy guy just wanting to share my experiences with others. I grew up with 4 sisters and have always had female housemates, I do prefer the female energy over a house full of testosterone, but am really just looking for some like minded people who enjoy a good chat and a good laugh :) *Note:I do have a large amount of furniture as i have been living in a 3 bedroom house but am willing to downgrade if the right space presents itself.
My name is Beatriz I am from Colombia and I am looking for a room to share with another person, I am a quiet person, friendly, positive and hardworking, I would not be long at home because I study English in the morning and plan to work at night, These are qualities that make me a good candidate to share an apartment.
GRANNY FLAT / STUDIO UNIT / ONE BEDROOM UNIT (in northern suburbs) I am looking for a "QUIET" (can't emphasise that enough) granny flat or one bedroom STUDIO flat in the northern suburbs region. I work out of Main Beach and/or Surfers, so somewhere within a reasonable distance away from there. I have been in my current flat for 13 months (x'mas last year), but need to move soon. I need to find something in the next 2 weeks. I have put 3 months in the search but if I can find somewhere allowing longer stays that is preferred also. And I must state again, I am looking for a 'QUIET' Granny flat / studio unit. I would prefer a full sized fridge, and own washing machine "if possible". Please message me if you have something I may like. Thanks, Todd
I am either looking for a studio/granny flat, or a bedroom with an ensuite. This isn't set in stone though. If it is a nice place or with good views, I don't mind sharing a bathroom. Bills always come first!. If I move into a share place, I'd prefer people clean up after themselves. I am easy going and respectful. PLEASE NOTE:>>>> I am not looking to move until the 3rd week of March, or maybe a week or so earlier<<<<<<<<<<<<
I am an international student pursuing my masters at Griffith University. I like things to be neat and tidy and clean up after myself. Generally quite and respect others space but occasional dinners and movies are welcome. I like reading, travelling and watching movies.
- Looking roommate to move into either an apartment/townhouse with (hopefully not too expensive!) - Study at Griffith & work part time - Out going & friendly, but do enjoy my own space at times - Enjoy going to beach and being active - Love to be social and have a few drinks here and there and head out on the occasion. - Originally from the Sunshine Coast but have lived in Gold Coast for a year now.
I’m a friendly, easygoing, fun-loving chick. I love my personal space and also enjoys a good chat :). I’m very respectful of those around me, I’m a tradie, so I work everyday from 5am till some time in the afternoon; I also enjoy a good beer every now and then. I’m clean and love to cook.
