Hey! I’m Caitlin - I'm 30 years old and I run my own business from home but am looking to relocate to the Gold Coast. Because of my line of work the move unfortunately means I will have to give up my business (unless someone has two rooms available to rent) so I will be looking for work locally.

I have a 6-month-old mini dachshund, so we’re a package deal 🐾 He’s my absolute best friend and family, and I’m looking for a pet-friendly home where he can feel safe and secure with people that will love him just as much as I do.

I’m social and friendly! Down for movie or game nights but also value my, and am respectful of, down time - I game, go to the gym, and enjoy a relaxed, tidy home. I don’t smoke or vape, and I’m looking for flatmates who are friendly, respectful, animal lovers and easy going with good vibes!

I can bring my own furniture, and am in no rush to move - I'm happy to wait for the right place and the right people. Budget is roughly $250–$300/week depending on the property.
