Hi there!

I’m Caitlin — a full-time clinical research professional relocating to Sydney for work at Bayer HQ in Pymble. I’m looking for a comfortable, well-maintained studio, one-bedroom apartment, or granny flat, but I’m also open to sharing with one like-minded, mature professional who values a calm, tidy, and friendly home environment.

What I’m looking for:
Preferably furnished (but flexible)
Easy access to Pymble or nearby train line (North Shore / T1)
Space for a small home office or desk setup
Parking or street parking a bonus
Ideally long-term (6–12 months)

A bit about me:
I work in clinical research management and keep a fairly structured but balanced routine. During the week, I’m often in the office or at the gym, and on weekends I like to explore new cafés, coastal walks, and local markets. I’m respectful, reliable, and clean, and I appreciate open communication and mutual consideration in a shared home.

Budget: up to around $500–$550 per week (negotiable depending on setup and inclusions)

Move-in: late December / early January
