Hi, I’m Alex. I work full-time as a librarian at a school on the Mornington Peninsula and my lease ends in April, so I’m hoping to move around Easter.

I’m mainly interested in teaming up with someone to find a place together. I’ve started inspecting places for myself this week, but I’ve always lived with others and would happily share with the right person.

I’m looking around Frankston South, Mount Eliza, Mornington, or the Oliver’s Hill side of Frankston.

I’m pretty easygoing and a bit of a homebody — I enjoy reading, films, good coffee, and walking. I’m tidy, reliable with bills and chores, and appreciate a calm, clean home environment.

I also have a small dog, Willow. She’s older, quiet and mostly just sleeps or hangs out nearby.

I’d ideally like to live with someone chill, reliable with bills, and happy to pull their weight with cleaning. Someone who also appreciates a respectful, peaceful home environment when it comes to things like noise and shared spaces.

Budget-wise I’m hoping to keep my share around $250–$320 per week depending on the property, but I could go a bit higher for the right place. Ideally I’m looking at rentals with a minimum 12-month lease. My current lease finishes on April 14, so I'd ideally move around Easter, or about a week earlier so I can clean!

I have furniture and household essentials if needed, but I’m flexible depending on what we find. Ideally I’d also like space for a desk as I sometimes study or work from home.
