Hi, I’m Zain I’m looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Moving in date is 16–18 October.

My budget is up to $270 per week including bills.

I’m looking for somewhere ideally in Orelia, calista, Kwinana Town Centre, Parmelia, Wellard, Bertram, Medina or nearby suburbs. As I won’t have a car initially, being close to a bus stop or train station is important.

I’m clean, respectful, easy-going and considerate of shared spaces. I prefer a quiet, non-party household and I’m not looking for a party house.

I’m happy to inspect the property in person and would ideally like a private furnished room.
